Amazing hotel

Pros: Everything felt new, modern, and spotlessly clean. All facilities were fully operational, including the spa, massages, fitness center, bar, and restaurant, with no need to request anything in advance. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the massages are excellent, and the spa and pool are truly amazing. The lobby is elegant and welcoming, and there is plenty of parking available.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Top of my list for Sofia

Pros: Definitely, Crowe Plaza will be on top of my list for when I return to Sofia. The food from room service and the drinks from the bar that is placed next to the reception were very good. The Staff were very helpful and friendly, always talking nicely, Miss Nerry from the balinesse massage was amazing, I totally recommend her and Crown Plaza.

Cons: Maybe the pool water can be slightly warmer, but this is not something that can stop you from enjoying the spa area.

“Modern hotel with great facilities and convenient parking

Pros: This is a modern hotel with beautifully designed and tasteful spaces. The room was large, spotless, and very comfortable, and the spa was wonderful – though I would have loved to see massage services available as advertised, which unfortunately was not the case during my stay. The rooftop bar was unfortunately closed, so we didn’t have the chance to try it, but breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety, and the parking was spacious and convenient. As for the location, it may not be ideal for someone wanting to visit the city center, but it is very practical for those on a road trip or planning to continue their journey the next day. The restaurant staff were polite and very attentive, providing excellent service, though I personally found the food to be less satisfying than expected.
