Pros: Friendly staff. The bed was spacious and comfortable.

Cons: It was a bit hard to open the door of the room, probably needs replacement.

Would recommend a short stay

Pros: Location is excellent,walking distance to the centre of sofia. Rooms are spacious. Good powerful shower.

Cons: Although complimentary coffee/water is available at the reception the rooms could do with a kettle

Pros: The room was very nice clean the people were very polite helpful couldn’t ask for anything more to be honest

Once it was better but it s still good value for money

Pros: I stayed in the Hotel Diter a several times 10-15 years ago. Back then it was a bit better maintained, had a breakfast room, a bit more enthusiastic stuff, but… was more expensive. Today the quit and nice location in a pleasant neighbourhood in walking distance to the center is still a good reason to stay there. But somehow you feel a little bit, that there was no major investment in the last ten years - and its former charme has been fading out a bit. It could need a bit of a facelift. But it s still a good value - and now for less money than before. So I would come again - even I m missing a bit the spirit of the former Hotel Diter

Cons: I didn t like that at least in my room the heating couldn t be reduced (in the bathroom it was possible). Also the pillow was horrible big and a hard synthetic - no way for me to sleep on that one (I helped myself with a folded towel instead)

Nice friendly central stay in Sofia.

Pros: Great central location. Big room. Friendly staff with excellent english. Although no kettle in the room, there was free tea, coffee and water at the lobby 24h. 24h reception. Although dead center no noise at all. Good heating, even excessive at common spaces.Nice bathroom. Free slippers.

Cons: Trash bin in the room was a bit small and the one in the bathroom had broken pedal. Matresses were too soft and so was one of the pillows. A couple more hangars would be usefull as well although the coat rak helped. Generally these are minor changes needed to be done to go from 9 to 10, merely suggestions but no in anyway dealbreakers.

Good location, not so confortable bed

Pros: The location was great, it was close to touristic sites by foot or by public transportation. Room and bathroom were clean. I didn't have breakfast with them. Friendly staff, I felt welcome there. It has elevator to go to the bedroom. Street where the hostel was is calm.

Cons: Bed was not very confortable, but it was ok for 1 night only. There was no mini-bar. Old looking furniture, but functional.

Pros: Great position in the city, and larger than average room. Good staff, Especially the woman. Would definitely return here, and I do recommend it for solo travelers.

Cons: Several things need refurbishing, but it's easily fixable. The type of bed linens (Bulgarian type not strictly of this place) aren't the best. I don't care too much about mold, but there was a good amount in the bathroom.
