Comfortable and well-positioned

Pros: Our room was very spacious and comfortable, the heating was great, the breakfast was yummy and very generous, the keypad system easy to use, and the bathroom was huge. We also had a lovely balcony. Would love to come stay again. The price was good and the location excellent.

Cons: An extra couple of blankets or thicker duvet would make this room ideal

Charming hotel at Vitosha boulevard

Pros: It is an ideal strategic location, at Vitosha Boulevard with an easy access to the city transport infrastructure, and a walking distance to the major cultural attractions. My room was light, and spacious. It looks like the hotel was fully renovated, and there was good sound isolation. The staff was very helpful, police, and multilingual.

Cons: I didn't notice any downfalls. For those who are missing hotel restaurant, it is an easy solution on Vitosha blvd, where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bistro.

Cheap, comfortable, friendly staff, best location

Pros: We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the middle of Bansko, very central, easily a 10/10. The rooms are on the smaller side, but more than sufficient and very well equipped. Everything we needed was there and even more, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Great value for money.

Pros: The location is very central for restaurants and shopping, it's about a 10 minute walk from the M4 metro which comes directly from the airport. The hotel seems newly refurbished, with very modern bed and bathroom. Great value for money. I would definitely return.

Clean, great location and lovely staff.

Pros: The location is perfect for both business and pleasure. The hotel is new/renewed and is clean and well-maintained.

Cons: A pair of one-time use slippers would’ve saved me from walking with my wet feet on the carpet previously walked on with my shoes on.

Pros: Agora Boutique Hotel is in the most central area in Sofia. Very clean, easily accessible and as described. The breakfast was very nice. If you are traveling by car you'll need to find a private parking in the area but there are several ones near by in reasonable prices. I totally recommend the property.
