A wonderful and quiet hotel with fantastic service

Pros: The hotel is extremely good. Not so big which makes it very comfortable and not crowded. The breakfast very good and the rooms big and clnean. Only two minutes walk to the walking street.

Pros: This hotel is just off the main street for shopping/restaurants so is well located but still peaceful. The rooms are huge, beds comfortable and everywhere is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is fabulous.

A New Year celebration in Sofia.

Pros: It position next to the main streets and metro/trams was ideal. Also the hotel was comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The breakfast area is a little small and so it could be difficult to find a seat sometimes. I would guess in the summer/spring then the tables outside would alleviate this issue but this wasn’t an option in December /January

Small but mighty 4* boutique hotel in the center of Sofia,

Pros: Small and cosy hotel in a quite side road in the center of Sofia,, all cafes, restaurants, shops and places of interest are just around the corner, room has all one needs, coffee station, mini fridge, big tv, good hairdryer, many pillows, low noise and environment, considering central location, metro stations, trams , taxis on call from the reception of click of a button, modern design and well equipped room with comfortable bed, shower room with bide and lots of toiletries, very clean, exceptionally excellent and helpful customer care.

Cons: Slightly slow internet in the room for faster internet one needs to go to the lounge. But could be due to the structure of the building and location of the room.

Pros: Central location is excellent for exploring the city while being on a quiet street away from the crowds. Room was spacious and comfortable and staff was really helpful. Would definitely choose to stay again if I visit Sofia.

Cons: On the first day of our stay hot water needed more than 5 minutes to reach a good temperature.

High quality and perfect location

Pros: The staff was very friendly and efficient, the room was ready for us before the official check in time. The room itself was very big and comfortable, with many useful amenities. We each got 2 pillows, the beds were comfortable, the complimentary water were a perfect addition. The location couldn't be better! A few steps from Vitosha boulevard and city center. Breakfast had a large verity and we all found ourselves, even the kids.
