Winter review
Pros: The complex looks amazing. It has a charm (especially in the morning with a fog). The food was excellent with many options to choose from. In the rooms there was a central heating working and the rooms were warm and cosy. In the complex, there is a special,separate room for kids to play. The elevator was available.
Cons: Rooms in the main hotel were a bit old. Walls were cracked,but it gave a real home vibe

Pros: Very nice hotel, clean and maintained, friendly staff, excellent spa and pool. Loved the natural thermal pools around the complex. Quiet, a very nice place to relax.

3 days at Ismena with the family.
Pros: Gorgeous gardens, buildings and surroundings. 5mins walk from the center, super convenient parking lots. Good buffet. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Oh the spa...! The spa is great! So many different baths, bubbly ponds, jacuzzi... The 2 apartments had 2 high quality, smart mitshubushi AC units each with sensors. We didn't come with small kids but they would have had a blast. There's a big garden where kids were playing after diner.
Cons: The big swimming pool was clean on the surface but had dirt piling up on the bottom. Some staff members were having personal beef they didn't hide from the guests. One day during dinner beer wasn't cold. In one room the wc deposit wasn't flushing well and they came to check it but didn't care much, so it remained broken, and in the second room, the AC indoor leaked down the wall and the floor. They also didn't seem to care much.

Pros: Polite staff, delicious food, many pools, different size and temperature! We loved it!
Cons: To use fitness and kids centre, you have to pay extra. Actually, they were both closed during our stay. It's not a big deal, but it's still annoying.

Pros: Really beautiful and peaceful place with great facilities, even though sadly the outdoor pool was not open yet. Super friendly and helpful staff. Even if you are only spending a single night, I recommend everyone to get the classic massage - absolutely worth it!
Cons: The dinner and breakfast buffet offer many options for all sorts of diets, but I feel like they were aiming for quantity over quality. Still, it was included in the price for the night so it was okay.

A winter weekend getaway
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and warm. The spa was good, we especially enjoyed the thermal pond outside, although it could be hotter ideally (the water temperature is about 34 C degrees).

Pros: This hotel is great, spa was good and the staff really polite. It is really clean and well maintained. The fact that there are 2 SPA centers and children are not allowed in one of those is an excellent idea. ( I have 2 children). The size of the apartment was actually bigger than expected.
Cons: Actually it was all OK but it takes a lo g time to reach Devin which has nothing to do with the hotel itself

very happy weekend runaway from Sofia
Pros: rich and very enough breakfast , spa was perfect, we had extremely professional rehab massage from Mr- Julian - we suggest the guy on 100 %, we were in this hotel for the very first time , but we will come back for sure:) all the team of the hotel is very nice, friendly and cooperative - it is hard to be seen in this time.
Cons: very poor wine selection - maybe enough for people who dont like wine, but for wine lovers is not ok.

Recommended but not so mountainous.
Pros: The staff were AMAZING! Our room was modern and comfortable. The spa was super clean and well kept. The traditional food on offer was super tasty! We had the spa to ourselves.
Cons: The complex wasn’t quite the mountainous location we expected with a street next to our room that was at times noisy with dogs barking and power tools. We had some noisy guests staying above us. On our first spa visit the staff member was nowhere to be seen for over an hour. The outside mineral pools were a bit colder than we expected but sone whisky helped enjoy them on the last night.
