Pros: The food is delicious and with great variety. The hotel is clean, the personnel is polite. It is also very good for families with kids.

Cons: The SPA is quite small. The rooms are dark. The water is the kids pool was cold.

Nice stay

Pros: Very good stay, nice SPA, very friendly staff. Clean & tidy. Super gorgeous Christmas decoration all over the hotel.

Cons: I would appreciate some beverages on dinner - not even water is served. Also, very uncomfortable pillows.

Food was excellent. Spa area and pools really good. Water simply fantastic. We had a great time.

Pros: Breakfast was lovely with everything you could possibly imagine. Dinner as well.

Cons: Everything was excellent, maybe just one thing - I didn't like there were chips and other packets in our room and I do not like my kids eating them.

Lovely

Pros: I am visiting the hotel for 3rd time. As usual it is great, clean, stuff is nice and friendly. Food is great, spa is amazing, love the outside pools. This time i decided to go to magnesium massage and the lady’s name was Elena she is just perfect, very sweet. Strongly recommend the place
