Pros: Very nice experience, clean hotel, polite staff, especially cleaning staff, very nice settings, lots of activities, nice nature

Cons: Sofa beds need to have a top mattress, quite hard Courtains let light in, would be good to be black out Would be good to have a plastic recycling station in the hotel since hotel is committed to sustainability

Pros: The place is beautiful and fun for kids &parents. Clean. The girls have fun in the park 10-19

Cons: There are no Half an hour by taxi to Sofia, there are no places around. The hotel did not have enough clean towels to give us to the water park. We asked for 3, it was one day and they took a deposit that was returned. On the second day there was only 1 towel, they took a deposit of another amount + demanded payment of local tax, there was no order in the prices, they said that the towels were in the laundry (we checked from 10 am to 4 pm, they did not arrive) we did not bring towels on the plane. And a water attraction, must have a towel. On the 3rd day the shampoo ran out, they forgot to bring it, we asked. There was no spare roll of toilet paper in the room, when it runs out you have to go ask for it - less convenient. The employees at the reception belong to the park. Not the hotel's, not sure about the questions I asked. I didn't understand who was in charge there. Other than that, it was a fun week. for childrentowels

Pros: The property was beautiful and clean. Facilities were clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. A definite recommendation. Love the warm and professional welcome of the young lady who received us ( did not get her name) She definitely gets a 12/10 for customer service.

Cons: The restaurant closes quite early and there is no store on site for snacks etc

Nice stay, but has so much potential for more!

Pros: The place is very clean and there's plenty for the kids to enjoy themselves, especially if they love animals. It was not very crowded, rooms are large and well maintained, including a Dolce Gusto machine for coffee!

Cons: We were there for 5 nights. Most of the advertised activities were not available or there were no staff to refer to for them. Entertainment area was closed off, rodeo simulator was off, and there was no horseback riding. Could be because it was not the high season but it should be specified when these are available. There is also a nice bar within the pool, but for some strange reason it only sells Shisha, no drinks. Also choice of food from the restaurants is very limited, especially for kids, and especially during the week.

Nice place but overpriced.

Pros: We liked the lake and the vibe at the water park, the park has 2 sliders. Clean rooms and nice view. Stuff were nice.

Cons: The shower overflowed on one of the rooms. The water on the pools was really cold though it was mid-August. One hitted pool could make a huge difference. Also no breakfast although it is pretty expensive compared to similar locations.

Pros: The location is great and allows for a nice and quite night under the stars. Busy during the day with many pool guests but after 8pm, it changes. Plenty to do, with a great mini zoo.

Cons: Although we booked a room for 4, we got an overcharge for two children.

Pros: The staff was amazing. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Made us feel like VIPs :) pools, activities, food, accommodation were all more than we expected. It was also really clean. We stayed from a Monday until Wednesday so it was not very crowded, but enough people to have a fun vibe.
