All in all a great choice, a bit far from Bansko but the hotel has everything you need so not a problem for us. Great va

Pros: The 3 bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great, and we also had dinner at the hotel most evenings as we were tired after skiing all day. The shuttle bus took us to the gondola every morning and back again in the afternoon, the driver was very friendly and helpful, as was the rest of the staff at the hotel. The children enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi and the ping pong table in the evenings,

Cons: Lacking equipment for cooking, no pots or pans but we got a pot when we asked at the reception.

Pros: Great view, very quiet and clean, nice staff, modern style, big room.

Cons: If thay have a indoor pool will be everything perfect, and the fireplace in the lobby is not lit, you have to pay 21 euros for wood, it would be good if it was always lit and free.

Pros: The room was very modern, clean with lots of facilities and not far from the Ski. Had a Nice spa area and staff was very helpful.

Cons: There was some problems with the electricity when we stayed it would go out overnight but other than that was very good

Nice and cosy staying

Pros: A warm and comfortable apartment with a nice view. Breakfast was really good for every taste and the restaurant inside the hotel had a cosy environment with tasty dishes.

Cons: The windows need to be replaced.

Pros: The hotel was very clean, the room comfortable for our family with 2 children. Very nice SPA with sauna, steam bath and salt room. Very quiet place with stunning forests and mountains. Staff was super kind and welcoming! They gave us a room the 4th floor that had an amazing view at the mountains.

Cons: Nothing really. Everything was perfect!

The best choice in Razlog

Pros: This hotel has a small, but amazing territory. Great garden, trees, pool. Easy parking. Two lovely restaurants. Also, the stuff was friendly. The hotel is located just near P.Golf providing access to all the infrustructure. The appartment was spacious and warm with great view. Special thanks for kids playroom

Cons: There were no kitchen appliances. Some sockets didn't work.

Cons: The gym is actually not really present. Only 2 machines. If they equip it well it would be perfectly matched with everything else the place has to offer

Pros: Breakfast is nice, rooms are spacious and clean. The view is amazing. Staff is polite.

Cons: The was no wardrobe in the studio, just hanger construction with two haners in it (see photo). Please, put more hangers (закачалки).

We are very happy with our stay and would definitely come back!

Pros: The apartment was excellent – very spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view. The whole complex is clean, well maintained, and beautifully designed. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choice.
