The complex consist of one main building – Aspen Golf and 2 further wings – Aspen Suites and Heights. The Reception, restaurant and wellness centre are located in Aspen Golf. The best resort in bulgaria

Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable, with good amenities and a great location. It offered excellent value for money, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.the woman at the reception was amazing and made our stay even more pleasant.

Nice place to visit

Pros: Good studio, nice indoor and outdoor pool, food was ok, always hot water and good weather pressure

Cons: It was very crowded in the indoor pool, everything was like it was 12 years ago, nothing changed, time stopped, the kitchen was empty, no facilities, dishes... Breakfast is the same every day

Pros: The property is prety good. The stuff are so kind and polite. Spa is okay, we are enjoyed. The food is good.

Cons: I didn't like the beds, so uncomfortable.

Pros: Great yard with very nice gardens and a playground for children. The outdoor pool is also nice and spacious enough. Delicious food in the restaurant and friendly staff.

Cons: The indoor pool is, however, small, but otherwise, the other amenities in the spa centre are quite fine.

Nice stay in large room with large balcony.

Pros: Large room and balcony. Easily to find and reach by car. We had a good stay. Only strange thing was there was a kitchen but no inventory so cooking was not possible.

Cons: No kitchen inventory.

Cons: Малко трудно беше паркирането ,но явно заради големия брой гостуващи поради празника .

Pros: Локацията е много добра! Има места за паркитане. Персонала на хотела е доста любезен и отзивчив. Стаята ни беше чиста и доста просторна. Хареса ни басейна и спа центъра. Действително няма топла връзка, но има удобни съблекални непосредствено до басейна. Всичко беше на ниво, включително и в ресторанта. Цените са нормални. Бихме повторили!

Pros: Персоналът е изключително любезен. Външният басейн беше топъл. Студиото е просторно, има си всичко необходимо.

Cons: Предложенията на блок масата не бяха много, не беше и особено вкусно. Детския кът е за бебета, не представляваше интерес за 3-4 годишните.

Pros: Местоположението е прекрасно,близо до пътеките към планината,гледата е изключителна,спокойствие и птичи песни,близо до Пирин голф, близо Банско,ако желаете малко повече оживление и разнообразие,близо да Драма Гърция,просто невероятно място,Има закрит басейн отлично поддържан,стаите много топли,изключихме отоплението,спа,парна баня, релакс на ниво.Ресторанта пърфект.
