Pros: It was very nice place with spa and restaurant. We spent our whole holidays there and we were so pleased. The breakfast was just ok, the rooms were clean .

Cons: more friendly staff , more smart rooms with coffee station, smart tv, and the bathtub was flooding with water on the floor

Pros: Calm and comfortable atmosphere. The restaurant is cozy and the food is good. The staff is committed to deliver the best possible service.

Great value for money

Pros: The hotel looks nice, it's definitely not new, but the rooms are spacious, clean and have a great view of the mountains. Bed is comfortable. The lobby and restaurant are pleasant, food is decent, but on the pricey side.

Cons: I didn't like the A/C heating, air is very dry, floors are cold and the room temperature varies a lot. Shower also leaks. The biggest minus is that there is no space to dry out wet equipment/boots. Staff could be more professional.

Pros: Amazing Hotel! Very clean, temperature in the room was perfect, receptionist very willing to give instructions about everything asked. Additionally everything we tasted was more than good! Very pleasant stay, highly recommended.

Cons: Bed was not comfy at all, elevator was in pretty bad shape. SPA was small and overcrowded.

Pros: We were in the apartment in the main building and the apartment had two rooms and plenty of space and was well cleaned, the view was of the mountain, an amazing view. The SPA was at a very good level, and the breakfast was also plentiful.

Cons: The waiters and staff did not speak English, except for one of the staff! One night we decided to have dinner at the hotel, but the food did not come on time for all of my family,there was a difference of 7-10 minutes between each other and the last order came wrong and we had to cancel the order, but it must be said that the food was good. The bathrooms in the apartment need renovation. The transfer by mini bus must be reserved in advance, and most of the time you cannot book it at a time that suits you, you have to compromise both with the schedule of going to ski and also with the time when you finish skiing and return to the hotel.

Very comfortable premium stay near Bansko.

Pros: Excellent breakfast, location near Bansko, very good spa facilities! Very value for money resort.

Cons: Wifi signal in the rooms and heating only via A/C.
