Pros: It's right next to the slopes and the ski pass ticket office. There's also ski rental right across the street. It's great that you can get back to the hotel from the slopes in just two steps on your way back. We were able to enter our rooms when we arrived early in the morning, the staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. The breakfast was varied; there was everything imaginable, including pastries, egg bread, salami, sausage, and jam.

Cons: The internet was only good in the lobby, it didn't work at all in the rooms, the beds weren't comfortable, but we managed for a few days.

Good value for money

Pros: Location was excellent for skiers, just cross the road and then you can ski all the way to the gondola.Staff were very friendly, room was spacious and clean

Cons: Breakfast although included a good selection, certain foods meant to be served hot were in fact cold e.g scrubbled or fried eggs, bacon, sausages and pastries. Coffee was from a machine, which I did not personally like. Hotel looks outdated

Pros: Perfect hotel for family. Near slope, nice room and staff. We enjoyed every moment. Also the city have more to offer ;)

Cons: - There are no heaters for the ski boots in the ski room

Pros: My ski trip to Bansko was fantastic! Everything in the town is within walking distance, making it super convenient to explore without worrying about transport. Whether it was heading to the slopes, grabbing a bite to eat, or checking out the nightlife, it was all just a short stroll away. The town itself had a buzzing atmosphere with plenty to do beyond skiing. From cozy après-ski spots with live music to thermal spas perfect for unwinding after a long day on the slopes, there was never a dull moment. The food was a real highlight—amazing local dishes like hearty stews, grilled meats, and fresh salads, plus some excellent international options. Whether it was a quick bite or a sit-down feast, the quality and flavor were spot on. All in all, Bansko delivered big time—great skiing, fantastic food, and a lively atmosphere, all wrapped up in a stunning mountain setting. Would absolutely go again!

Cons: Not as cheap as it used to be

Pros: .The property is very close to the gondola and entertainment area

Cons: 1. The wireless internet signal is very weak and keeps disconnecting and then takes a long time to reconnect. 2. Very poor breakfast, eggs and pastries are cold and unpleasant to eat, it is recommended to add an additional selection of soft/hard cheeses and salted fish. 3. The heating in the room is very weak. In the evening, you return to the room and it is very cold, and you also wake up in the morning.

Pros: Wonderful location. A very short walk to the gondola.

Perfect base for Skiing cosy and clean

Pros: The hotel was so cosy and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and friendly. The beds were really comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. We didn’t have time for breakfast because we wanted to get into the Gondola queue early but it smelt great. The hotel is perfectly located a few doors from a coffee shop and Aldo so we had breakfast in our room. The sauna was lovely after a day of skiing and it’s close to some lovely restaurants. The location is perfect you can just cross the road and ski to the gondola.
