Apart Hotel Dream

Great stay

Pros: Great location, easy parking, clean apartment, 2 bathrooms, breakfast different everyday.

Cons: Needed to get two different lifts to get to room, as such is not a problem but sometimes a bit of a hassle

Pros: Bansko Apart Hotel Dream was a great choice for our stay in Bansko. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly, polite, and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is excellent — only a 5-minute walk to the gondola, which is perfect for skiing or snowboarding. The kitchen equipment in the rooms is sufficient and practical. Wi-Fi works fast and reliably throughout the stay. Breakfast is adequate and satisfying, and having a sauna inside the hotel is a nice bonus to relax after a long day on the slopes. Overall, it’s a very good value for money with a great location and comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Excellent hotel with a great location, close to the ski lifts. Pets are allowed, which is important to us. Excellent breakfasts.

Great Value for Money

Pros: The hotel offers excellent value and was a comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was decent, and had everything needed to start the day, including eggs, tomatoes, sausages, cheese, cereal, and tea. Our room was nice and included a balcony, as well as a small kitchenette with a kettle and mini fridge, which was very convenient. We also requested a baby bed, which was there when we arrived. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Cons: The only downside was that the on-site pool was closed for refurbishment, which was disappointing as this was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. However, as an alternative, the hotel offered free transport and free entrance to the Izgrev mineral pool, which we really enjoyed and appreciated.

Pros: The hotel has very nice amenities. And it was very well located to the ski-lifts. More spacious than most ski accomodation.

Clean, nice & quiet

Pros: The hotel is in a very good location near the ski lift area. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a big kitchen and a sofa bed. We were a family of 6 and the room was well equiped with everything we needed. The staff was ready to help us everytime we asked for something. We will be back for sure

Pros: Breakfast was awesome, nice room enough space for three adults, two restrooms, and nice balcony.

Cons: Was too hot in the lower restroom and couldnt manage the heating since it was central.

A very comfortable relaxing apartment hotel close to the Ski lift made for enjoyable stay.

Pros: We stayed in Bansko over the Xmas holidays and travelled with our small dog. The hotel room was very clean including kitchenette area.. The staff were most helpful and efficiently sorted out a minor issue we had. Was very nice to stay at a place that was just easy, good internet and with plenty of parking outside. Buffet style breakfast that offered all . I will stay there again .

Pros: Great hotel! We were a family of 5 and had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The staff is helpful and kind, and the breakfast was great

Pros: The rooms are big with new furniture and very clean.

Cons: The pool is small and the spa centar too.
