Recommend

Pros: Room size + exceptional hygiene at the whole property. SPA was really nice; personal at the reception was polite and engaging all of the guests. All-round professional attitude!

Cons: A bit overpriced. The apartment featured a kitchen, but there were no spices and salt available; price surplus can be used to supply the kitchen with a set of spices + an HDMI cable to enable better use of the TV.

Really good

Pros: A wonderful apartment building with a very nice spa. The salt room is among the best I have experienced. The staff are very friendly. The spa is quite spacious for the size of the hotel and remains unovercrowded because of this. Excellent location.

Spotless and well equipped aparthotel

Pros: The apartment was spotless and well equipped, the staff were friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stop there again if I was in the area. Our stay was just a one nighter before going to Sofia airport which is about a 90 minute drive away.

Cons: All was very good, the neighbourhood was not partucularly attractive although it felt perfectly safe when we went out for a walk. Oh just remembered, we were on the third floor, there is no lift.

Pros: The place is impeccable! I have never been into so clean SPA. The apartment was big and very very comfortable. Best place in Kyustendil for sure!

comfortable apartments & nice spa

Pros: Spacious and well-equiped apartment, modern, clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Wellness area with nice jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath. Easy parking in the street (and a few parking spaces in tbe courtyard).

Cons: No problem for me, but noteworthy: there is no elevator. If stairs are a problem, ask for an apartment on a lower floor.

Perfect spot to stay!

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Staff were lovely upon check in! There is also awesome laundry service if needed, they will wash and hang for you if like (free of charge!) Location is perfect, close to the centre, shops and the local swimming pool (which my kids loved!) Sadly I didn’t get to use the salt baths so I can’t comment on it, but it looked really clean!

Cons: There really isn’t much to like! However, a second key would have been appreciated and soft pillows for the kids.

Pros: Very clean, large and well furnished room. Everything needed for a comfortable stay, no excessive stuff, nothing missing. Friendly and polite staff, willing to ensure the best possible experience.
