Pros: The location of the property is amazing - right in the center, very convenient with stores and everything necessary nearby. The host is very kind, available and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The AC works perfectly and warms up the room very quickly. There is a huge TV, all necessary utensils and the bathroom was also very clean. I recommend this property for sure.

Pros: Location was perfect. The room was enough for two people and was nice and quiet, considering it was in the main area. The staff service was amazing.

Cons: The room could have more access to cooking facilitys.

Pros: I always stay in this location when I travel to Blagoevgrad. I have tried multiple of their apartments - they are all impeccable. I love the manager - she is always a phone call or viber message away.

Pros: Very good location , clean, studio. It has a small balcony, coffee maker (not nespresso), small fridge.

Cons: The landlord is quite rude with an attitude. I stayed for two nights , so no room cleaning or change of towels. All folders(with all necessary information) is in bulgarian. No elevator, hair dryer didn't work, no car parking, the shower' s doors need to be fixed to close completely in order the water not to go out and after my review she (landlord) sent me unprofessional messages in order to delete or upgrade my review.

Pros: It really is like on the pictures. Clean, detailed and comfy.

Cons: We didn‘t have toilet paper in our room…

Pros: The building is very well located. The apartments are clean, modern, and equipped with air conditioning. The landlord is very attentive and willing to communicate.

Cons: Everything was ok. I will certainly get back there.

Pros: Nice place in the central city area. Everything OK and functional. Probably the best accomodation in Blagoevgrad.

Cons: Be advised - the building has no elevator. If you have any medical or age condition that prevents you from climbing the stairs (including the luggage), you should place a special request for a lower floor apartment.

Pros: Boutique Apartments Blagoevgrad offers a modern and comfortable stay right in the heart of Blagoevgrad. The apartments are spacious, clean, and stylishly designed, with some featuring two balconies that provide lovely views and plenty of natural light. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the town's main attractions, restaurants, cafes, and shops, making it very convenient for exploring.

Cons: The air conditioner does not effectively cool the room, which was uncomfortable during the warmer months.
