Cons: The building looks a bit neglected at first but all is good eventually

Perfect cozy apartment

Pros: The apartment is well equipped, and I had everything I needed during my stay. The rooms and kitchen are well maintained. The check-in instructions are very clear, so self check-in is not an issue at all. The host is super friendly and communicates well. It is a 12–15 minute walk from the ski gondola, and there are also several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I would choose to stay in this apartment for my next visit.

Cons: The apartment itself is in good condition, but the exterior of the building does not seem well maintained. The corridor and the lobby downstairs feel a bit sketchy. When walking back to the apartment, there are no street lights, and when it is raining or snowing, the road becomes very muddy.

If you want to enjoy Pirin mountain, this is the best choice

Cons: Balcony is nice, but a bit narrow

Pros: The apartment is beautiful, roomy, well maintained, super clean and our host was on top of everything. The self check in process was well explained. There were also loads of free parking spots around the building. We will be back for sure!

Pros: Очень чисто и уютно - нет ощущения, что здесь кто -то жил до тебя. Просторные апартаменты, хорошо прогреваются в зимнее время! Достаточно спокойно, без городской суеты, но в то же время близко к подъёмнику и центру Банско. Цена очень радует, даже удивляет! (Только не завышайте, а то я уже запланировала летний отдых!:)) Очень хорошая техника (стиралка супер). Не забудьте приобрести капсульный кофе в Lidl! (это я для путешественников - кофеманов) Холодильник вместительный и качественный, мощный wi-fi, порадовал smart TV! Вообщем нет таких претензий, которые могут испортить отдых! Не верьте претенциозным критикам! Смело выбирайте этот чудесный вариант!!!

Много удобен и просторен апартамент!Оборудван с най малката подробност за да направи посетителя да почувства комфортно,като в свое жилище!Като домакин, Татяна е абсолютен мой фаворит!Любезна,мила и със своето ненатрапчиво присъствие и съдействие направи така,че да се почувстваме удобно и без никакви проблеми!Така трябва да се почувства един гост по време на своята ваканция! Amazing apartment-well located-responsive host

Pros: The apartment is located at a really close distance from the ski lift and also not very far from the train station and the bus station. It's easy to reach there on foot. It was a really easy self check-in through a coded key-box. The host responded promptly to our messages and was quite helpful. The apartment itself is quite spacious, clean, well furnished, and equipped. It was a pleasant stay and we wish we could've stayed there for more than one day! I'd definitely recommend this place to people traveling to Bansko!

Pros: Апартаментът беше изключително чист и много приятно подреден. Помещението е просторно и комфортно. Много сме доволни от престоя си и с удоволствие бихме отседнали отново. Препоръчвам!

Pros: We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as per our expectations, location, amenities etc. and last but not least the attention from our host. We highly recommend this property for a short stay in Bansko.

Cons: The building, where the property is located needs a renovation, and the roads around the building are in bad shape, but this is common for most of the town of Bansko.
