Great location, comfortable and “did what it said on the tin” in terms of the apartments being as described

Pros: Great location for centre of Borovets and ski lifts / gondola

Cons: Minor gripe: WiFi was not the best

Excellent holiday.

Pros: Great location. Close to slopes, bars and shops. Room was spacious and good cooking facilities. Didn’t hear any noise from other rooms.

Cons: Nothing really

Pros: Great stay in a fantastic location a minute walk to the gondola and chair lifts. Apartment was spot on, clean inside and had everything you needed.

A pleasant stay.

Pros: It was clean, spacious and very conveniently located for the slopes.

Pros: Perfect location, very good value.Hunters ski hire and school excellent , instructer we had brilliant and very patient. Ski storage free and boots dry every morning. Transfers through balken pms group very reasonable and efficient. A wonderful stay and lovely people, so child friendly.

Cons: Nothing negative to say everything exceeded my expectations .

We had an amazing holiday, the accommodation was clean, warm, safe and had everything we needed.

Pros: The property was clean, and perfect for our family. The location was perfect, near the heart of the town and the ski school and slopes!

Good choice

Pros: Walking distance to ski center and to restaurants. Parking. Location. Comfortable beds with TV in both rooms. Very good heating system.

Cons: Cleaning staff was coming early and, if you were in the apartment, they didn't come again later. Last day, we didn't have electricity in the resort.

Pros: Overall it was clean and the view from the balcony was nice.

Cons: We had to pay additional 30lv per person to use the indoor pool, I thought it was free for guests.

Pros: The location of the place was very convenient (close to the Gondola) and the room was spacious. The bedsheets and towels were clean. Considering the price, the place is worth a try.

Cons: There was a problem with the sink plug in the bathroom - it couldn't be regulated. Although when removed completely it was fine. Also, locking the door from the outside was a little problematic (at least a few attempts were needed). The internet connection was a bit weak.

We loved it apart from the shower.

Pros: We stayed in a two bedroomed apartment with a balcony off each room. The location was absolutely perfect with views of the slopes. Beds were so comfy and clean. Very warm and spacious with plenty of room to store your cases/skis etc. Kitchen facilities were excellent and if you wanted you could cook a meal as there was everything you could ask for. Great size sofa and dining table.

Cons: The shower rail needs to be changed as there was a very rude warning that if you break it then you will have to pay 75bgn !! As this is quite obviously a major problem then the rail needs to be a different design. Also the shower head couldn't be moved to a lower angle and the water just shot straight across to the opposite wall and totally flooded the whole bathroom.
