Its a perfect stay for tourist who comes for ski, who need affordable, comfortable and strategic place to stay.

Pros: I love the place! The room is comfortable, fully furnished, the kitchenware is complete for us to cook, the room also super clean, and the best thing is the apartment is so closed to the ski area! Also me and my friend went to the spa & sauna in the apartment, the receptionist in the spa is sooo kind, and the masseuse is very lovely. They are Ukranian husband and wife who work in the spa. I love them so much, I will definitely come again.

Cons: I wish you provide kitchen utensils (ladle) for us took. Other than that everything is perfect!

Pros: Fantastic location, large spacious clean apartment would definitely book again

Cons: Only one towel each, could have done with a small towel each as well, especially for 3 ladies washing their hair. Very limited cutlery and it was €18 to use the pool seemed excessive. Definitely noticed the price hike in the resort & spa facilities

Lovely property - the apparent itself, great view to the mountains, but come by car and don’t dine or eat in th restaura

Pros: New, nice, clean, comfortable and close to the centre.

Cons: The apartment is sadly part of a building that used to be a hotel but now parts of is are owned by private individuals or firms. The problem was that there’s a constant construction building at the front and too much dust. Also another issue - the breakfast in the hotel - apparently not many take advantage of of and all the fruit and fresh food were not that fresh.

Pros: Nice apartment in a good location just up from gondola base station. Clean with all the facilities we needed.

Cons: WiFi in building not the best but bearable

Reasonable place for different kinds of needs so you can enjoy the surroundings.

Pros: Location, spacey room and quick access for hiking purposes - long or short ones. The guard staff was friendly to point us where to park at alternative spot meters away, when the main parking was full (due to busses because of some event, perfectly understandable).

Cons: Small parking when it comes to full-house but overall stay was more than reasonable for us for that offering. Some weird smell in the lobby (disinfectant?) but nothing too serious.

Pros: Огромен, просторен, чист апартамент. Леглата са комфортни. Лесна комуникация с домакина. Има всичко необходимо. Перфектна локация за нас - на 50-100 м от лифта за хижа Ястребец.

Cons: Не ни беше съобщено, че има огромен ремонт на паркинга на хотела и трябва да мъкнем багажа от друг паркинг........ но последствие домакина ни компенсира, за това неудобство.

Pros: Много тихо, и спокойно място. Апартамента беше много чист и запазен.

Cons: Не работеше СПА комплекса!
