Arboro Flora Residence Studio

Fabulous, cosy apartment.

Pros: We had a fabulous time here. So close to the slopes, the apartment had everything we needed. It was clean, the bed was really comfy, nice shower and such good value. The host was brilliant and everything felt easy.

Cons: We ran out of toilet paper but it wasn't a problem, we just went to the shops and bought some.

Confortable staying 😊

Pros: Very clean and very near from Gondra situated by center Borovetz! Very convinient place

Lovely room in a great location 👌

Pros: Good size room, we travelled as two adults and our late teens nephew and it was perfect. The room is spotless, the beds are very comfortable and it has all the amenities you will need just a short stroll to the slopes and bars. The owner is really friendly and helpful, great communication and super easy check in so that we were able to make the most of our short stay in Borovets.

Pleasant ski holiday in Borovetz

Pros: Arboro Flora studio is great choice if you like to be close to ski lift and slopes, but not to hear noise of the city center. Plamen, the owner of the studio, is very nice and pleasant. He kept parking spot for us on our arrival day and was very attentive to every question or need we had while staying at the studio. The studio is very close to the Yastrebec gondola and the 6 chair ski lift so it was easy for us with two children in ski boots to reach the slopes. I will recommend Arboro Flora studio to anyone who want to have pleasant ski holiday in Borovetz.

Excellent choice of accommodation in centre of Borovets close to the Ski lifts

Pros: The apartment is exactly as in the picture, it’s clean and bright and the location is perfect. The host Paul is brilliant not only great advise on everything you need to know about Borovets but really goes beyond what is required from a host, a personal thanks for giving us a lift back to Sofia 👍👏🙏

Cons: Nothing negative we really only have positive feedback

Pros: Plamen was so helpful and lovely! He gave us amazing recommendations for places to go. The location was great for us and loved all the little amenities like the coffee. Great sized room for the 3 of us.

Cons: Sofa and bed was a little uncomfortable but not too bad. Ran out of hot water and had to wait for showers one of the nights. A little difficult to find the location. But these were only minor things and didn't really bother us!

Great location, set back from the street noise

Pros: Location was brilliant to hit the slopes. bang in the middle of the rilla slopes and the gondala but set back so not to hear the night life noise.

Cons: From booking.com we thought we had access to the swimming pool and gym but it was a day rate of 50 lev... Which we couldn't add to the holiday cost

A very pretty and comfortable apartment, with a superfriendly host!

Pros: The apartment was very nicely designed, warm and comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped (incl. oil and basic spices so we could cook). It was great to have free parking just in front of the building. Checkin was also flexible, which was very nice. It was super close to the Sitnyakovo ski area, we could almost ski home from there. From the Gondola lift, you have to walk uphill about 10 min, but that is also not far.

Cons: The wifi was weak and sometimes broke off - but you don’t need to be on the internet too much, if you come to Borovets:)

Warm, comfortable, and lovely room! 100% recommend

Pros: The room was large and had lots of space, more than enough for 3 grown men to have their own space. It was also very warm with the radiator on, which really made a difference after skiing for a whole day. The balcony has some lovely views, and was so well kept - no dirt, spider webs, or anything off putting. The toilet and bath was clean, warm, and well-functioning. The location was a 5 minute walk to the ski lifts so that was perfect as well. For the price, this room cannot be beaten. The whole stay was amazing.

Cons: The boiler ran out of hot water if 3 people took showers consecutively.

Perfect spot for your Borovets skiing getaway

Pros: Absolutely perfect spot for a skiing getaway. The host was exceptionally responsive, welcoming and a downright pleasure to talk to.
