Pros: We loved the relaxed feel of the apartment, nice and spacious and modern.

Cons: Lacking some basics in the kitchen, pans and utensils and toaster. WIFI was poor.

Pros: Everything was to like! Spacious, modern and cozy apartment in an excellent location, yet quiet. It is equipped with everything you need, it is warm and comfortable. I loved that it was overlooking the pine forest. It is in the main Flora building, so there are additional facilities that are available, like the restaurant where you can eat for a very decent price compared to eating out in restaurants, the spa center with excellent massage, and the kids playground which for people like us with a small child was a big plus.

Cons: Nothing to dislike, rather a few points where improvements would make the stay even more enjoyable. There is no dining table, adding a small one with two chairs in the kitchen would be great. Also, the bed is queen size and the mattress is really comfortable, but a king size bed (180 cm) would be nicer. As the bedroom is quite big it could easily fit even an extra single bed, it would be better than using the sofa in the living room for sleeping, it makes a difference. Perhaps also adding a few more kitchen utensils (small pan, soup ladle, etc) is needed.

Pros: The apartment is located in the main body of the Flora Hotel, very close to both the gondola base station and the Martinovi Baraki Express ski lift. The apartment, situated at the first floor (rapidly accessible by lift or stairs) is warm and comfortable, nicely decorated and provided with all the necessary appliances. The host kindly offered us a welcome gift including a bottle of Bulgarian wine, boxes of tea and coffee.

Cons: The wi-fi signal is rather weak. However, it's a nice opportunity for reading a book :) . The number of free parking slots in the hotel parking is quite limited, not adapted to the hotel capacity. I had to park my car in a nearby public parking, for 20-25 leva/day.

Spaceous apartement in a nice location

Pros: The location is very good. We were visiting Borovets during the summer. The hotel is surrounded by woods and grass. There is a lovely terrace which gives a nice view. The rooms are more than spacious. Check-in and check-out were very practical.

Cons: The WiFi in the apartment was unusable. During some periods of the day it was not even possible to connect. Since it was open, I suspect that it is the hotel's public WiFi that everyone was using.

Pros: nice clean property . good location. very quiet at night. comfortable bed. good shower.

Cons: WiFi not great. only works in main room. needs a booster for the bedroom.

Pros: The location was great. Easy access to Martinovi Baraki lift and also close to the yastrebetz gondola. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Bardzo przestronny i w pełni wyposażony apartament, który znajduje sie w hotelu. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka. Gorąco polecam :)

Cons: Tymczasowy problem z parkingiem, ogólnie jest dostępny pod hotelem, ale akurat w momencie mojego przyjazdu cały parking był w remoncie, więc musiałem parkować na innym płatnym parkingu w okolicy hotelu.

Pros: Апартаментът е много модерен и комфортен. Имаше всичко необходимо за удобен престой. Ние си доплатихме за закуска на рецепцията на хотела и закусихме в ресторанта, което беше голямо удобство.Бихме посетили отново.

Cons: Комуникацията с домакините беше със забавяне от тяхна страна.
