Studio in Hotel Flora Borovets

Pros: Location is ideal placed for the ski hire, instruction and a short walk to the gondola or the slopes. Easy walking into the centre in 5 mins. Lots of great restaurants and bars near the Flora. Accommodation was very clean and tidy. A great place for our needs.

Pros: Appartement was really nice and we got spoiled with tea, coffee, chocolates. Everyhting we needed was there. The location is also perfect.

Cons: The spa was way to expensive and we did not get any discount for being guests at the flora appartement complex.

Pros: Very good localization if you want to hike to Musala. Easy way to pick up keys (box with code). Spacious apartment with comfortable bed.

Cons: During our stay the parking lot was being renovated. That was possible to leave the car on the next parking, close to the hotel, because all parkings in close area were almost empty. But I don't know how it is in peak season.

Absolutely fantastic!!!

Pros: You can not fault the location of this. From being close to absolutely everything it is far enough away to be quiet. The room is amazing and so comfortable. I would recommend and return in a heartbeat!! Thank you so very much for your service and accommodations. Kind regards Cathryn

Pros: Comfy bed, everything we needed in the kitchen, good clean bathroom, all as expected. Fantastic location for skiing. Second trip and did not disappoint.

Cons: Very warm in the flat, had to pay a lot to use the spa, which was good but expensive.

Very good stay

Pros: Room was spacious, comfortable and had plenty of towels, bedding etc. It was nice and clean on arrival and we didn't have any interruptions from staff, cleaners etc. On the whole a very pleasant stay, great location and accommodation. Will definitely stay again.

Cons: The pillows could have been alittler firmer, but that is our personal preference. We could have done with a potato peeler & masher, but on the whole there was a decent amount of cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. We had a noisy neighbour for 2 nights, but that's not the owners fault.

Pros: Very good location near the ski slopes. The kitchen was well equipped with everything.

Pros: The position was perfect, only a matter of minutes from the gondola station. Size of the room was excellent. There was a bath as well as a shower with good water pressure. Kitchen facilities exactly what was needed. Borovets has lots to offer.

Cons: When we arrived there was no key in the designated place, where we were directed & we were left to flounder! The apartment is part of a large complex (apparently many rental companies work out of here) and the ‘receptionist’ of the hotel (?) was so rude, obstructive and downright hostile that I was tempted to forego the fee we had paid and go elsewhere. Yes, the apartment was good, but would I stay here again after the, almost, abuse that we suffered from the front desk (even though this was nothing to do with the owners)? I would have to say no - courtesy costs nothing! We have travelled extensively over many years in Romania & Bulgaria and this was far and away the worst front desk service ever. I feel sorry for the owner of the apartment who has to deal with this woman! Next time we will stay elsewhere.

The apartment is big and comfortable. Good location in Borovets.

Pros: Based on the hotel's second floor, the room was more spacious than we thought before. It had all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Good value for money, and close to the 'center' of Borovets and the cable car up to Musala.

Cons: The iron device was the only utility missing from the apartment, but when we gave a call we could pick one up from the reception and use that device. Noise from the right apartment; once the neighbor arrived, his conversations were heard quite loudly. Fortunately, this was only for a few hours and then we left. The key/lock does not go open smoothly.
