Pros: All great. Very close to shopping center. Apartament very comfortable with everything you need.

Great cozy apartment

Pros: Very cozy and modern apartment in a nice centric area with amenities nearby and free parking! Everything was working well and the communication with the host was excellent!

Cons: Some small things can improve the comfort tremendously - ex. Cotton bedsheets, shower gel, fix the isolation as the street noise was quite prominent. Still great value for money.

Pros: Everything, it was a perfect place where to spend some days. Fully equipped, not that far from the city center, close to bus stops. The apartment is even better than it looks in photos, communications were clear and quick. Totally recommended!

Great place to stay in Sofia

Pros: Very clean and well equipped apartment has everything you need for a short or longer stay It is also decorated tastefully and you feel very relaxed in the spacious lounge Host is very friendly and responsive Will stay again if coming back to Sofia Convenient location with shops restaurant and a big shopping Mall nearby

I am absolutely certain to recommend this apartment for staying.

Pros: I had a good experience of staying here. The location is very good - the central bus/train stations are in 20 minutes by direct bus from the apartment, 5 minutes walk to shopping centre, and very close to the city centre. A lot of groceries and coffee shops near the apartment. In the apartment were all necessaries for comfortable staying. It’s not a problem in general, but it will be better if couple of water bottles and coffee capsules for coffee machine can be available in apartment. The bed and towels were clean, which is very important for me.

Cons: Nothing to complain. Just one little thing with the key box: for woman with even short nails - it is really hard to open it😀

Delightful apartment in a modern new building

Pros: This is my second stay in Niko's fantastic apartment. The bed mattress is one of the most comfortable I ever slept on. The apartment is meticulously clean and the host communicates really well. The construction of a building on the other side of the road is finished and I am happy to say that it does not block the view as there is a large gap between the building directly opposite Niko's apartment and the nee building which is aesthetically very pleasing. Probably Sofia's best cafe and bakery is a 45 second walk from the apartment. It is called the Aroma world cafe.

Pros: Perfect location, the apartment has everything that you need for a nice stay. The area is not in a blue or green zone so you can park for free. 24h shop down the street - 2 min walk.
