Good hotel at a good place

Pros: The hotel is good, in a very convenient place, close to the metro and 20 minutes from the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

Cons: The lifts were terrible. On Sunday, it took me 15 minutes to go down for breakfast. Often, the door won't close for a while because the sensor is finding obstacles. 2 working lifts are not really enough.

Pros: Excellent location , the staff is more than helpful and very kind .Very clean , always hot water in the bathroom and very well heated rooms

Cons: In my room mattresses were to be replaced

Pros: Good, standard high rise hotel, reasonable breakfast, comfortable bed. Fridge.

Cons: No kettle in room

A great hotel with a retro ambiance, amazing views, helpful staff, as well as good breakfast.

Pros: I like the location, it is close to the metro station and Borisova Garden. The staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are big and clean with amazing views. I also enjoyed the spacious breakfast hall, including the decor, with some nice murals. The view from the top restaurant is also stunning, especially during sunset, with views over the whole city and Vitosha Mountain. There are few hotels with this nostalgic, retro ambience that are so well maintained and keep some of their original character.

Pros: The room was spacious and extremely clean. The staff were very polite, positive, happy and very helpful. The location is perfect, with tube station 5min walk from the hotel. It has trains to both the airport and the town centre 😀 I got a room on the 16th floor, and the view was amazing 😍

Cons: Used to have a smoking area on the ground floor in front of the lobby bar, but now it was shut 😒 I hope they reopen it for the summer ☀️

Cons: The carpet in the breakfast restaurant is dirty, my partner has to leave due to het allergy Dont drink a coffe in the lobby, the woman who serve is very rude and unfriendly The coffee taste very bad

Pros: The hotel was already existent in the socialist era, but was renovated surely during the last appr. 5-10 years. The furnishings are modern simple but sufficient. Cleanliness excellent. Excellent WiFi. I had a room in the 16th storey facing west with a breathtaking view over the city. The breakfast is served as a Bulgarian-style menu with a good choice of different stuff. Good coffee and juices. You will not be able to leave this meal hungry. The metro station is in 5 min footwalk distance. I recommend to use the paid parking opposite the entrance at rebated tariff. Costs appr. 7 Euro/day and is easier than to find a (legal) parking spot in the neighbourhood.

Cons: It would be nice if the air condition could also work in April, especially when the temperature outside is appr. 30 °C as at my arrival.

NYE’s

Pros: The Panorama suite on the highest floor was with great views over the city. Spectacular for watching NYE’s fireworks. Comfortable overall.

Cons: Unexpected charge of BGN 30 leva for a 3rd person! Although I have already prepaid for 3 ppl and my reservation was for a suite with 3 single beds there was an argument with the receptionist that it wasn’t, thou I had a prove that 3rd person was included in my payment the reception still asked me to pay. Poor breakfast! Limited choice. The coffee tasted awful and the milk like water.

A clean and comfy place to stay for a few nights

Pros: We had to find a new hotel urgently after a failed accommodation in another place and even though we arrived at Park Hotel \

Cons: In my opinion, the parking fee should be included in the hotel price, given the fact that the rooms are not cheap at all.
