Spacious and Central Vintage - Modern Apartment

Comfortable and well-placed, good quality-price

Pros: The apartment is definitively spacious, and it has everything you may need for either short or long stay, including washing machine, things to cook (salt, oil, etc.), apart from enough and good-quality cutlery, pots and pans. The living room is very comfortable, nice bedroom with big bed and good mattress. I liked the area, 10-15 min to the very centre, well-communicated by public transport, and there are bars, shops, cafeterias and pubs nearby. The apartment is very luminous as it is on the top floor (5th with elevator), and there is absolutely no noise, very calm.

Cons: There was nothing unpleasant to point out. Some doors and handles might need refreshing, but it is nothing important. I did not have any problems with the keys to access the apartment, the host sends instructions. Although a couple of details are missing, I managed to figure it out easily (the front door of the building opens with the chip, not the key; upstairs you need to insert the key according to the shape of the keyhole, otherwise it does not turn). The host could not keep my luggage for some hours after the check-out, but at least recommended a left-luggage for 5 € / day (Gifted Shop).

Quite happy with the place and the hosts, definitely would stay here again next time.

Pros: The location is fantastic, close to the city center, shops, takeaways, and the metro. The kitchen was well equipped too.

Cons: The doors of the rooms were a tiny bit old wouldn’t always close easily, they needed a little extra push. The main could be improved too.

I had a beautiful and cozy stay. I will choose it again on my next trip to Sofia.

Pros: I liked that the house is close to the city center and has many transportation options to go wherever you want. It is on the 5th floor (accessible by elevator) and had plenty of light with spacious rooms, equipped with all the household appliances one might need. The host was very accommodating and provided me with information about shows and places I could visit.

Cons: The key pickup upon arrival was easy. I followed the instructions and found them easily inside the designated box arranged by the host. The only challenge I faced was opening the front door because it had an electronic card system, something I was unfamiliar with. I was searching for another key, not realizing how the electronic card worked. In the negatives, I would note that the toilet, separate from the bathroom, lacks a sink. This means you have to leave the toilet, traverse the bedroom, and go to the bathroom to wash your hands. However, this inconvenience is minor.

Pros: Апартамента се намира на добра локация, много е комфортен и има всичко необходимо дори за продължителен престой. Намерихме трудно входната врата - може да се сложи табелка, както и при пристигането ни бойлера не беше включен, което ако не ви притиска времето, не е проблем.

Като у дома

Pros: Чисто, подредено и уютно, помислено е за всичко, от което човек може да се нуждае по време на престоя си, за да се почувства като у дома. Хареса ми, че има книги.
