Pros: I was hesitant at first to enter this apartment due to some bad comments about cleaning and smell but upon my stay i was more than satisfied with everything. The host of the poperty sent me photos in details how to enter the house and made sure everything was to my likings. The heater was even turned on to enter to a warm apartment . Entering the apartmentdespite i found every supply i needed everything was clean and smelling good. I will attach all photos belows. The apartment had also tea, coffee, oil, and slippers in case you didnt had on your own and many more!. The host was more than kind to let me stay a little after 12 o clock so i wont be roaming the streets till my flight. The location is in center and since i ve been studying here 5 years i can tell its a safe location even for solo travelers! For such low price its really worth it. I would recommend for sure
Cons: The only negative is there is no elevator so for someone elderly it may be issue the stairs

Nice place to stay in the city center of Sophia!
Pros: Everything was grate, clean, and there was a lot of useful things inside the apartament! Localization is also very good. Owner, Rado, is very communicative and helpful person!
Cons: Only lack of information, that the property is on the sixt floor, without elevator.

Pros: The location of the apartment is good, and everything you need is available in the house. Rado is friendly and explained every detail for check-in, so I easily found the house. Additionally, the house is well-furnished and clean.
Cons: The house is on the fifth floor, and there is no elevator, so you have to use the stairs. This was no problem for me; however, older people should take this into account.

Godt ophold, tæt på byens seværdigheder.
Pros: Fin lille lejlighed. Ligger tæt på centrum, men stadig lidt tilbagetrukket. Fint lille tekøkken med mulighed for at lave morgenmad og lette retter. Meget venlig udlejer, der hurtigt svarede ved spørgsmål.
Cons: Lidt larm fra sporvognene. Finishen i lejlighed lidt til den lave ende, der var f.eks. en stikkontakt der ikke sad ordentligt i væggen.

Pros: L’appartamento è completo di tutte le comodità, compresa varietà di tè, vettovaglie, saponi, fon per capelli, bollitore. Asciugamani abbondanti, chiavi doppie. Insomma cose che non sempre si trovano tutte nello stesso appartamento. Check-out comodo alle 12,00

Pros: Prima studio voor twee personen om Sofia te ontdekken. Vlakbij metro, trams, trolleybus en winkels. De grote winkelstraat is op loopafstand. De studio is gezellig.

Sofia meravigliosa! Consiglio: al mercato delle donne non toccate frutta! Occhio a cosa vi danno!
Pros: Posizione ottima, vicino ai mezzi pubblici con cui si accede a tutta la città. L’appartamento piccolo ma molto ben sfruttato e con ogni confort. Purtroppo al mattino presto si sente il tram, il collegamento wifi è totalmente assente ed è un quinto piano senza ascensore…

Pros: Отличное месторасположение, совсем недалеко от центра ( Бульвар Витоша). Очень приятный хозяин квартиры, который быстро откликался на просьбы и был на связи. Уютная, чистая квартирка со всем необходимым.
Cons: Квартира на последнем ( 5 этаже) без лифта. Об этом стоит знать тем, кому может быть сложно подниматься по лестницам.
