Pros: The apartment has a very interesting design and is well-equipped. We found there everything we needed - iron, washing machine, hairdryer, fans, etc. Bed was very comfortable as well.

Cons: The only disadvantage was a lack of natural light - the apartment is on the ground floor and the windows are covered with some stickers for (I guess) more privacy. I can imagine there are many people who don't care about it, but for me, it was quite claustrophobic.

Stylish, spacious and well equipped apartment close to the old town.

Pros: Spacious apartment in good condition. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to prepare your own meals. The bed was big and comfortable. Also a washing machine was provided. The apartment is located close to the old town (5min. walking distance to Vitosha Blv.). A day before check-in we received all needed information and with which it was manageable to get into the apartment. The host kept in touch with us during the whole stay via messenger.

Cons: The house in which the apartment is located is very run down and a strong contrast to the apartment. The bathroom especially the shower cabin is smaller than it seems to be on the pictures. Maybe this was only our misjudgement. Therefore when taking a shower more or less the complete bathroom floor becomes wet. We had some trouble with the warm water for a few days but the host sent somebody over to fix it. A small but annoying thing was that we asked if we could receive additional toilet paper and a change of towels halfway through our stay (as the host's check-in description mentioned that this is possible for longer stays / stayed 9 nights). The host first assured us that he would provide us with additional toilet paper and send us a price list for fresh towels (20€) and cleaning (45€). After we decided against cleaning and fresh towels, the answer was that we should buy toilet paper ourselves since \

Pros: Everything. It has a washing machine, liquid soap, China ware, the most comfortable bed I tried since the December '23, TV has access to premium channels, etc. Some people says location is far from downtown, but ai found it really close.

Cons: Some noise during the day because of doing some repairs on the street. Also I'm not used to bulgarian bathrooms/showers because it has no curtain or glass door, but I guess I have to deal with that while in Bulgaria.

The best appartment in the city center

Pros: Very comfortable , clean, new apartment. Perfect location.

Pros: Местоположението е невероятно - супер централно, близо до метрото и всичко, което София може да предложи. Апартамента е много добре направен, уютен и много чист.

Cons: Имахме проблем с топлата вода, но домакинът съдейства.

Pros: Alles super sauber, gut ausgestattete Küche, viel Platz.

Cons: Durch die offene Duschkabine wird leicht das ganze Bad geflutet :/ ich hatte die ersten beiden Tage kein warmes Wasser, aber nach Kontaktaufnahme kam sofort ein Techniker zum prüfen vorbei. Es gab wohl erst ein Problem mit der Wärmeversorgung im Bezirk, dann hatte den Schalter für den Boiler nicht gefunden (Zur Info: unter dem Bad-Lichtschalter), dann war alles perfekt.

Pros: The apartment is with good location in the center. Well furnished. It is easy to check-in and check-out.

Cons: Всичко ми хареса и по-скоро бих дал препоръки на домакина за подобряване на този прекрасен апартамент в абсолютния център на София. 1.Поставяне на климатици. 2. Поставяне на скрит сейф. 3. По-добър интернет и телевизия. 4. По-добър матрак и възглавници в спалнята и допълнителни завивки.
