Pros: I loved the location was perfect for using public transport and very convenient. The place has everthing that you need.
Cons: Nothing, we loved the little flat, it felt like home.

Excellent location, clean and wonderful city
Pros: Once I booked, I received information about area and pictures of outside with graffiti, no need to worry it is very safe, everything is walking distance. Accommodstion has fridge, little oven, 2 ring hob, shampoo, shower gel and soap, coffee, sugar. Nearby abundance of restaurants, bars, bakery, pizza by slice, icreams, fresh juices and coffee, ATMs and so much more. From terminal 2, train is 80pence (1.60 lev), you can use bank card to pay, take yellow line to sardeka and change 1 stop blue line to NDK. It is less than 2 min walk to the accommodation, they have lifts in every station. Alex replied to my queries straightaway. Thoroughly recmmondate, lovely clean city. Took train to vitosha, shopping mall, from the side of the mall took a bus 66 to the mountain to Aleko, last stop. only £1. Stunning scenery, chair lift, take walking footwear.

Pros: Super location right in the Center. There are 2 metro stations in the area. It was clean when i arrived. Easy to check in/ out.
Cons: Some minor details like no coffee in the cabinet. Also the bathroom was freezing it needs a heat rack for the towels. And seriously they need to install a new air conditioner 😅

Pros: Fancy central apartment, well organused with kitchen separated from the room so that you wont hear fridge while sleeping. Vitoshka street is just round the cirner with many restaurants. Great stay!
Cons: The staff was rude to us, she just closed her phone when we tried to locate the key to enter. She called later to apologise so I guess she was stressed and its a notion to her employer rather than to her! You have tp provide a better introduction into work to your staff!

Ottimo appartamento confortevole in pieno centro
Pros: Posizione ottima, accanto al viale principale della città e ad un bellissimo parco. Zona tranquilla e ben servita. Letto comodo, casa spaziosa, cucina piena di stoviglie e utensili e bagno ben rifornito! Anche l'aria condizionata è stata fondamentale. Le tende e gli alberi davanti alla finestra garantiscono una buona privacy.
Cons: C'era poco spazio per riporre i nostri vestiti e la pulizia non era eccellente. Inoltre dal bagno usciva un forte odore di scarico.

Pros: The location is incredible, it's 5 minutes away from pretty much anything you could want and the area is quiet. The bedroom keeps surprisingly cool during the summer. Enough shelves and cupboards to comfortably put all of my toiletries, towels, and clothes. The staff is friendly and very responsive. With a couple of exceptions, as a whole the place was clean and tidy, with plenty of light.
Cons: Despite the place being clean, the AC immediately started blasting air that smelled strongly of dust, the filters seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in years. The carpet was also in an atrocious state and should frankly be thrown out. The blinds were stuck closed halfway down making the apartment need artificial lighting even during the day. Which isn't a problem if you're not planning on staying indoors but its worth noting. I didn't expect a lot of pots and pans for cooking but it would've been nice to have more than a single tiny pot.

Загалом приємне враження! Розташування супер!
Pros: Розташування відмінне. Процедури заїзду та виїзду дуже зручні (тож є можливість пізнього заселення). Є доступ до вайфаю. У помешканні було усе потрібне (рушники, мило, гель для душу, шампунь, фен, електрочайник). Гаряча вода. Працює кабельне телебачення. Диван розкладається. Також була парасолька, яка трапилася в нагоді, дякую.
Cons: Не дуже добре працював кондиціонер, але була можливість увімкнути обігрівач. На стінах та полицях був пил, туалетний йоржик був брудним, будь ласка, замініть його. Проте білизна, рушники та ванна кімната загалом були чистими. Не дуже зручний душ, оскільки немає душової кабіни. Є шторка, але підлога надовго залишається мокрою.

Pros: Апартамента за мен беше прекрасен. Много тихо място, където можеш да работиш и да релаксираш на спокойствие. Компактен с всички удобства. Изглежда, че си в усамотение на диво място а всъщност си в центъра на един много древен и мистичен град. Благодаря на целият екип, който се грижи за хората избрали да прекарат време в този апартамент. На хората, които се жалват от това прекрасно място ще кажа само, че всеки вижда това, което носи в себе си.

Супер е!
Pros: Много кокетно студио! Има всичко необходимо и е на супер удобна локация в топ центъра на града. Тихо и спокойно. Бихме отседнали отново.
Cons: Няма тераса. В банята има лека миризма на влага и е позахабено. Едната външна щора не работеше. Като цяло забележките са минимални и по никакъв начин не развалят общото впечатление от мястото.
