Nice accommodation, good central location
Pros: Nicely decorated accommodation, neat and clean, in a good and quiet location at center and very close to the old town.
Cons: lt was a bit colder in Sofia and there was only one spare blanket for two of us. It would be good if there was a manual on how to turn on the TV, stove and heating, etc. But the apartment is very good.

Pros: I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for renting me such a wonderful apartment. I really couldn't have found a better place! The fact that the apartment is located right in the city center and near the subway station has brought great convenience to me in traveling and exploring. Moreover, having a park nearby is a big plus. I especially love that from the apartment I can easily walk to visit the nearby historical sites. This has really enriched my experience during my time living here. Above all, I deeply appreciate your kindness and thoughtfulness. You have created the most favorable conditions for me check-in earlier.

Excellent apartment in very central location.
Pros: A nicely furnished, comfortable, one bedroom apartment, with easy access by elevator. It is a short walk from NDK metro (and NDK Park itself), just off a very lively pedestrian strip that runs from NDK to Serdika. So, a great location. And thanks to the nearby metro, it is very easy to get to Sofia Airport, Central Railway station, and the main bus stations. The apartment itself has all the amenities one is likely to need. The host gave excellent detailed instruction on how to access the apartment, and seemed very helpful and easygoing in all respects. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε κάθετο δρόμο του πεζόδρομου της Vitosha, ίσως στο καλύτερο σημείο για να μείνει κανείς στη Σόφια. Καφέ, εστιατόρια, μπαρ και όλα τα βασικά αξιοθέατα είναι κυριολεκτικά σε απόσταση αναπνοής. Το σπίτι είναι πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο, άψογα φροντισμένο, πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστείς για μια άνετη διαμονή. Ιδιαίτερα θετικό ότι είχαν ενεργοποιήσει την αυτόνομη θέρμανση, καθώς φτάσαμε αργά το βράδυ και μπήκαμε σε ένα ζεστό και φιλόξενο σπίτι — μια λεπτομέρεια που έκανε τη διαφορά. Ο Alex ήταν πάντα άμεσος στις απαντήσεις του, πολύ ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε. Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον επισκεφθεί τη Σόφια!
Cons: Όλα ήταν υπέροχα!

Pros: Perfect location, everything is in walking distance, the metro station is close by, comfy bed, hot water, large apartment for a single bedroom, quiet neighbors and quiet during the night, building has a lift.
Cons: I come form a warm country, and it was pretty cold for me during my stay (mid October), the AC has no heating option. Everything else was great.

Pros: The accommodation is very conveniently located. Inside the apartment is very well maintained with all basic facilities in working condition. It is very easy to communicate with Stoyan. He was very prompt in his response. We would strongly recommend this place. One suggestion to Stoyan, please check the ventilation system inside the bathroom we felt it was not working properly. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Pros: Perfekte Lage, besser geht es nicht. Sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet.
Cons: ein Schneidebrett in der Küche wäre gut

Pros: Tutto perfetto. Check in e out facile senza neanche aver incontrato Stoyan che mi ha aiutato e consigliato per il soggiorno. Praticamente a 1 minuto da boulevard vitosha e vicino a tutte le attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi. Consigliatissimo!
Cons: Mancavano le capsule del caffè e il materasso potrebbe essere migliore

Posizione eccellente.
Pros: L'appartamento è su una strada senza uscita per le auto, laterale della principale e importante Via Vitosha, vicino al centro città e adiacente alla metro, zona tranquilla nonostante la posizione. Ottima la comunicazione con il mio contatto Stoyan. Molto buona l'illuminazione.
Cons: Il materasso matrimoniale non è intero ma due materassi singoli, nelle note non è specificato. Il balcone nella camera da letto è con vista sul cortile interno, molto piccolo e non praticabile, viene usato come disimpegno per gli accessori delle pulizie, quello indicato con vista sulla città non c'è, ci sono le finestre della cucina e del soggiorno con vista sulla strada di ingresso dell'appartamento. Bagno piccolo e cieco, senza finestra e ventola di aspirazione. Climatizzatori un un po' rumorosi. Lenzuola e cuscini non al 100%.
