Sofia Sweet Spot: Central & Cozy

Worth the money, worth coming back

Pros: Honestly, couldn’t be happier with my stay! The location doesn’t get any better than that. The price-quality ratio was just great! Comfortable bed, AC that kept the room warm (during December), enough space, clean. Responsive and friendly host. The balcony was such a nice plus and it was cozy. Kitchen had what I needed for my short stay that didn’t include cooking.

Cons: It takes time for the water in the bathroom to drain out after a shower and there’s a bit of a moldy smell in there BUT this is super often the case with Bulgarian buildings, especially if they’re old and I’ve had this issue in more luxurious and expensive places as well so I wouldn’t put this on the host.

Pros: Perfect stay. Apartment was in great condition and communication with host was good.

Cons: Yes, the shower and toilet are together but this is a very common thing in Bulgaria and is quite normal here. The one thing to keep up with is to make sure the drain is working well and after that it is fine.

Comfortable and cool location. We enjoyed a lot!

Pros: We loved the apartment. I really recommend it. It has a perfect size for families. It was easy to get, the location is awesome, it was clean and we felt very comfortable. Besides that, the host was kind and send us all information on what we needed. Enjoy it!

Nice and cosy place if you want something close to the center of Sofia

Pros: Cosy and comfortable place, close to the center, very polite and nice landlord. Everuthing was at our disposal I would definitely visit again

Pros: Great location. Cozy, clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. The terrace is also nice.

Pros: Everything was clean and Easy access to the city centre.

Cons: It was hot and was missing air conditioning, but had a fan that kinda made up for it.

Pros: Самый центр города. Рядом достопримечательности, рестораны, магазины, театры.

Cons: Чуть теплые батареи отопления. На улице было ночью до -7. Холодно в квартире.

Pros: Situato in pozione centralissima, spazioso, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Gestori molto disponibili a fornire consigli e supporto

Cons: Il bagno è un po' sacrificato, non c'è il box doccia ma un angolo con doccino

Great small apartment

Pros: Amazing location with nice view to the National Palace of Culture. Very clean and tidy, with all needed amenities. Wifi was pretty good as well

Cons: Heating was weak in the kitchen. The light in the building staircase are horrible , they go off after 3s and you need to use your phone to light up the way..

Pros: Хорошее расположение возле парка и близко от центра города. Просторная квартира. В квартире было всё необходимое. Комфортное заселение. Внимательные хозяева. Хорошая кровать. Есть кондиционер и балкон со столиком и стульями. Кухня укомплектована всем необходимым.

Cons: Да, запах канализации из туалета/душа есть. Однако - объективно с этим вряд-ли можно что-то сделать, т.к. это старый дом. Возможно , можно пробовать прочистить канализацию \
