Pros: The apartment is spacious, beautiful, comfartable and in a great location. Perfect for 2 couples and 2 singles. Great value for money.

Cons: There is no private parking so if you come with a car you need to park on the street and feed the parking meter 2 leva per hour. It is free in the afternoon and during the night between 18:30-8:30

Comfortable apartment in a great, central location in a fun city.

Pros: Guest House Maison 21 is a nice apartment situated in the centre of Plovdiv. It has great access to all of the places of interest and is pretty spacious within. The kitchen and utility rooms are fully equipped, including coffee Moka pots and a coffee pod machine, as well as ironing boards. The rooms are all decent sizes and the two bathrooms really help with allowing everyone to get ready at the same time. Communication with the host was excellent. Although there is no on-site parking, we managed to find a public place about 7 minutes walk away, so this was not a problem.

Cons: A few of the fittings in the shower are quite loose, meaning that you have to be a bit careful not to touch anything. One room did not have any air conditioning, which meant that that room was quite warm. The hosts provide a fan, which helps a bit, but it is not as good as the other two rooms that both have air conditioning units.

Best location for a easy family trip

Pros: This place is awesome. Cannot be better located, clean, confortable, pretty cheap. It was the best decision to rent for a family trip. The beds were also very confortable.

Cons: Nothing really

Elegance and warmth

Pros: Spacious, elegant and perfectly equipped. Very comfortable beds which we loved in spite of being used to hard beds. The perfect central location for exploring Plovdiv. Organised, communicative and, above all, warm and kind host to whom we are so very grateful.

Cons: There is nothing not to like.

Just perfect

Pros: Amazing, spacious, cosy, clean and beautiful apartement in the heart of Plovdiv. Although located in the very center, the apartement is very quite. The views are also amazing.

Cons: The plumbing in the bathrooms could be bit improved.

Beauty and comfort in the heart of Plovdiv

Pros: The apartment is amazing and in the very heart of Plovdiv. There's a lot of space and the rooms are decorated with a nice touch -beautifully and without excessive elements. You are literally a couple of minutes away from the main pedestrian street, Old town Plovdiv, Kapana district, the Ancient Theatre, etc., still the place is quiet and provides for a good rest. We all liked it very much and will definitely, definitely recommend it!

Cons: Our stay was too short (one night).

Pros: The apartment is with the best location across the main central street and it is with large and luminous rooms, very clean and comfortable! The host was very kind and supportive!

Cons: The bathrooms are for renovation, not so clean and showers didn’t work properly.

Great place to stay

Pros: Location of apartment superb. It’s spacious and nicely furnished. All facilities great.

Cons: No bath plug to use with young children which was challenging. I contacted host and they said plug was there but we didn’t find. August is very hot in Plovdiv. Only 2 bedrooms have AC, the third one had a very inefficient fan and none in kitchen which was super hot.

Great value for money, great for a family.

Pros: The apartment is big and very comfortable, clean and cozy decor. 2 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms, kitchen and big table. At the city center. Great for a family.

Cons: The water pressure was very low, sometimes completely stopped for few minutes,and switching hot to cold. The apartment at the center, which means noise at night on the weekends with windows open. The windows are good for isolation.
