Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly and offered to help in any way they could! The hotel felt alive through them! It was also really affordable, definitely will come back when I visit Asenovgrad

Cons: The bathroom was a bit on the broken side. It was a bit scary to shower with a boiler over your head. And the window to room 302 couldn't open, so there was little fresh air. But despite it all I still slept comfortably.
