Hotel Elegance

Good hotel in Asenovgrad for a short visit.

Pros: As good as it gets in Asenovgrad. Booked a large room (suite). Clean. Walking distance to anywhere in town. Breakfast was made to order, simple but enough and delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free and safe parking right next to the hotel.

Cons: Water pressure in bathroom could have been a little better. Internet connection sometimes temperamental.

First time in Asenovgrad.

Pros: Staff very helpful. Elena helped us to print our boarding cards. Large clean room with a huge bed and a bath. There was a party in the restaurant that night but staff made us aware and it didn't impact on our visit. Good choice of breakfast Plenty of choices for food in the area Our first time in Asenovgrad and had a lovely stroll into town.

Cons: Nothing. The whole visit and stay was ideal.

Pros: Nice staff. Good breakfast. Large rooms. Comfortable bed.

Cons: The hot tub didn't have a plug.

Pros: Стаята беше отлична. Аз бих добавил стол с облегалка, вместо табуретката, която е пред тоалетната масичка.

Cons: От трите дами от персонала единствено нощният рецепционист не поздравяваше и се държеше, сякаш е няма, когато минавахме покрай нея. Дневният рецепционист и дамата, която ни показа стаята, бяха приветливи и усмихнати. Това не е увредило престоя ни, но е факт, който беше налице, и следва да се отбележи.

Спокойствие и вкусна храна.

Pros: На фона на вечерята, която хапнахме в ресторанта закуската беше посредствена/ имат изключително добър готвач, силно препоръчвам свинското бон филе/. Ако ми беше наблизо бих посещавала поне веднъж седмично.Прекрасен интериор в ресторанта , ненатрапчив джаз/ също четох отзивите на друг гост ,който разказваше че не могъл да си почива заради шумен чалга купон, не мисля че на това място е възможно да се слуша въобще такава музика.

Cons: Има нужда от дизайнер за текстила и интериора. Видях и мухъл в банята.Има какво да се желае.

Pros: Локацията, големината на стаята ,хигиената беше на ниво

Cons: Половината завеси бяха разкрачени,хубаво е след всеки гост да се оправят малките възникнали недостатъци ,защото явно не всеки пази.

Hotel Elegance, Asenovgrad

Pros: The studio room with jacuzzi was more than wonderful - spacious, pretty and comfortable! There were plenty of toiletries, and always enough toilet paper. The towels were changed every day. The room was very clean, with a super thick, fluffy carpet. The bed is marvelous - gigantic and very comfortable, perfect for a couple! Plenty of room for clothes in the wardrobe.

Cons: Three things in particular, starting with the most minor. 1. The pedal of the rubbish bin in the bathroom was not working. 2. Both faucets in the bathroom were spraying when water was running, which was kind of inconvenient. Also, the design of the sink is such, that one needs to bend a lot in order to wash their face, which was also inconvenient. 3. The most shocking thing was the time it took for breakfast to be served. The first morning we waited twenty minutes before being served. The second morning we waited more than forty five minutes in total, twenty of which only for our order to be taken. The choice of breakfast options is very poor. The waiter wears a scruffy sweatshirt, which leaves suspicions about the hygiene in the kitchen. The breakfast itself was not bad, but the coffee was served in a large cup, in which there were like two sips of coffee, which was highly disappointing. Last but not least, the restaurant was very cold. We needed to wear our jackets while eating. To be honest, the entire breakfast experience is the single reason we wouldn't stay again in this hotel.

Pros: Любезен персонал. Удобно легло. Чисти стаи. Добра закуска.

Great value, good location, nice staff

Pros: Super spacious room, location is perfect. Breakfast was a disaster, never had a worse coffee in my life. Other than that it was a great stay, super good bank for the buck.
