Pros: Top location, close to restaurants, in the very centre. Communicarion with the host was excellent. Spacious apartment, clean and cosy.

It was good for the price.

Pros: It was ok for the price and fairly clean. It has a nice balcony, good view of the mountain. Clean bathroom.

Cons: The beds were a bit uncomfortable, the fridge was not working, and the electric sockets were placed behind the beds so it was a bit difficult to charge my phone (broke my cable). Other than that everything was ok.

Everything was great

Pros: The place is located near the M1 metro, easy to reach, easy to find. Check in was flawless, could check in earlier than expected. The staff was very very friendly, helped us with a couple of issues. Room was clean, had pleanty of space, beds were comfortable. No problems during our stay, would stay again there.

Great place to stay

Pros: The flat was great size. I traveled with my parents and there was sufficient space for all of us. Big balcony overlooking the mountains. We also visited the restaurant downstairs where the food was great.

Cons: The toilet wasn’t working properly but that’s really minor issue

Convenient for the town and for sightseeing in the area.

Pros: Excellent location, beside river and in centre of the town. This is an apartment, so no meals and no visible staff

Cons: Stayed there before, so it very much met expectations however you need to know where you are allowed to park which we did.

Pros: Всичко беше спрямо очакванията ни. Нямаме забележки. Беше чисто.

Cons: Нямаше столчета за седене в стаята и трудно се намират паркоместа, ако хотелът е пълен. Всичко друго си беше както трябва.

Pros: Мястото е много удобно, паркирането за нас беше невъзможно пред самия хотел, защото местата са малко и бяха заети, но намерихме друго място в близост с безплатно паркиране в събота и неделя. Стаята беше приятна с комфортно легло и тераса с гледка към реката. Доволни сме.

Cons: Бих препоръчала по една ботилка с минерална вода да се оставя в стаята, защото водата в чешмата не е много добра за пиене и това може да изненада някой, предвид това, че града е в подножието на Родопите.
