Absolutely recommend - great value

Pros: Helpful staff, perfect location, spacious rooms and house keeping were on point!

Cons: The ‘hot’ part of breakfast wasn’t the best.

Superb accommodation in an excellent location with friendly staff and great facilities.

Pros: The location was superb, a stones throw from the gondola and ticket office an a short walk to the bottom of the slopes. The staff were friendly and helpful, having a heated underground car park included was a bonus particularly given the snowfall. The steam room/sauna was a lovely touch after a day on the slopes and breakfast was good, usual Euro buffet which was hot and filling.

Cons: The room was super spacious however we weren’t able to control the temperature that well so at night it was super hot. We countered this by keeping the window open but being on the Main Street we were able to hear the bars/music.

Pros: Beautiful hotel and a very large and clean room. His bed is big and comfortable. Great bath and the restaurant's food on the ground floor was very good. Friendly staff of the restaurant. In his favor it provides an underground garage

Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The underground parking was very convenient. Our terrace was facing the main street and it was noisy when the windows were opened. This hotel is a good choice if you want to stay close to the gondola for skiing, and it offers good value for the price. Just keep in mind that it’s more about practicality and value than luxury.

Cons: The SPA room is small and not well maintained.

Cons: • Could use a bit of renovation; carpets are slightly worn and have a few spots

Always a Great stay!

Pros: I've stayed at the Boutique Hotel Uniqato on lots of occasions, and every time the service is impeccable. The rooms are always clean and well presented and the staff always friendly. I will continue to stay every time I visit Bansko

Cons: Never any complaints
