Great stay and holiday !

Pros: Everything was perfect from start to finish. Nice food, staff, room, spot - everything. All the guys from the spa were awesome! Also, my friend got injured a bit with his finger, and Yaycha at the reception was really helpful and gave him first aid that really helped him recover within a day. And also, Viktoria at the reception assisted us with everything that we needed and asked for, and was so helpful so we really thank her! Perfect staff! Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and perfectly organized, with a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortably furnished, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The spa area was a real highlight – clean, well equipped, and perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the overall experience even better. The location is excellent, close to the ski area and main attractions, yet quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful rest. The food was tasty and varied, and the overall value for money was outstanding. I would highly recommend Platinum Hotel & Casino Bansko to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a truly enjoyable stay. I will definitely be coming back!

Pros: Location was great, We had jewish prayers (chabbad) on the premises as well as a kosher restaurant Beautiful pool

Pros: It was a very good organized Hotel, with a very good stuff, especially the reception lady Victoria, very kind and helpful at all times, with a smiling face.

Pros: the staff at hotel was very helpful. nice warmed pool. the masseuses were great. the beds were very comfortable. the room was warm. there was a small cute porch to enjoy the fresh air. there is a room with air hocky, 2 pool tables and a soccer table for a fee, and a playroom for young kids. great location, 10 minute walk to the gondola for ski, with an option of a shuttle often to there. near convenience store and shopping. we added meals at kosher restaurant- food was good, there are times of buffet or choosing from menu- nice size portions at dinner. breakfast was more simple but perfect for us. staff at restaurant were professional and personable, and we enjoyed being there.

Cons: was written that there was a view city or mountain- but there wasn't. so was a bit disappointing. sometimes the heat was too strong. The insulation wasn't good; we could hear every sound from the rooms next door. the lights in stairways turn on with a sensor

Pros: The room was spacy, the bed was comfortable, the food in the restaurant was good, the water in the swimming pool was clean and hot.

Cons: Some of the guests were very noisy. They shouted, slammed the doors of their rooms, or left the doors of the rooms open so they can communicate with each other.

Pros: Excellent dinner and breakfast buffet, rich variety of super tasty dishes! Perfect mattress and pillows, very warm inside, flawless attitude of the staff.

Pros: Nice and cozy hotel with friendly staff. The room was spacious and warm with very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast.

WILL VISIT AGAIN 100%. PERFECT VACATION

Pros: Everything at the hotel was amazing, the staff, the food, the rooms, Bansko as well. Will come again for sure!
