Would go again! Just might keep my clothes in the case

Pros: Overall it was a lovely hotel. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The air con came in handy because of how hot they keep the place. Tried the breakfast and dinner buffet and was happy with the selection for the price. Was nice to relax in the pool / swim /sauna after skiing

Cons: I had a red 2xl regatta fleece stolen by I can only assume housekeeping because no one else had access to the room. I hung it up behind the door on the hangers and then the next day after the room had been cleaned it was no longer there

Pros: The breakfast was very good, the dinner was ok, the swimming pool was hot but a little smelly, the relaxing massage was good, the rooms are large but the shower was a little too old, need maintenance. Very close to the gondola and every 30 min there is mini bus. The guy that we rented the equipment for the ski was not really friendly but ok. 10e the jacket and the trousers for 1 day. The playground also very convenient for families.

Pros: Food was very good Pool and facilities were excellent Alcohol was a fare price

Pros: Одморот навистина вредеше за парите, чисто, педантно...Доручекот беше задоволителен и разновиден и свеж. Собите топли и чисти иако надвор беше -25. Базенот чист и топол иако би препорачала одмор кога е повисока температура бидејќи се забележува веднаш разлика во температурата на базенот. Локација одлична на 10 минути од центарот, иако бо препорачала да јадете во Разлог на 6-7 минути возење од Банско бидејќи е значително поевтино.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was excellent and delicious. Most of the staff were professional and kind. Special thanks to the ski rental staff member Aleksandar for being efficient and knowledgeable, and to Aleksej for the amazing and relaxing massage after a day on the slopes. I would also like to praise the housekeeping team for keeping the rooms perfectly clean. Great value for money. I would gladly return again! ✨

Good value for money

Pros: The room was very good for a family, two parents and two kids! Spa ok, tavern ok, breakfast super! I will stay again

Pros: We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast is pretty nice. It is a short 15 minute walk to the town center and around 20 minutes to the gondola station, there's also a free shuttle there. The staff was very professional and friendly. The facility was a bit run down, furniture was not the newest and a few things were just a little old. Overall we had a good stay.

Pros: The hotel breakfast is enjoyable, offering a nice variety of fresh and tasty options. You can choose from breads, fruits, yogurt, and warm dishes. Coffee, tea, and juices are also available. Everything was perfect!! The room was comfortable, clean, and very warm, making the stay pleasant with no feeling of cold at all. The atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming. Parking was extremely convenient, located directly across from the hotel, with a large space. The hotel facilities, including the indoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, were all clean and well maintained. The areas felt safe and suitable for guests of different ages. Overall, everything was excellent and thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay.

Cons: I stayed for 2 nights, I didn't find anything wrong.

Great balance of quality and money

Pros: My wife and I spent two weeks at Hotel Bansko SPA & Holidays and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and quiet — perfect for a relaxing break. The spa area was a real highlight after long walks: well-maintained facilities and a calm atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner were fresh and varied, and housekeeping kept our room spotless throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Nikolay at reception, who made our visit exceptional. He was consistently professional, friendly, and proactive — answering every question clearly, offering local tips, and resolving small requests on the spot. His service set the tone for the whole stay. Overall, great value, attentive staff, and a relaxing spa. We’d happily return and recommend it to friends and family.

Nice Hotel with nice staff and a good SPA and Pool

Pros: Staff was really nice an helpful. Saunas were perfect. Pool could have eben a bit warmer, but it was clean and has a decent size for Hotel Like this. The Whirlpool was also very nice. The breakfast was tasty. Maybe sime bulgarian food like banica or mekici would have eben Just perfect.

Cons: I had a Problem with the mattress. I could feel a spring and it was not comfortable . The sleeping pillow was also not good. The AC did not heat.it was somehow defect.
