Basic but clean and affordable

Pros: The pool and spa facilities were great and staff were lovely and accommodating. It was a nice surprise to have a bar at the pool. The room was lovely and clean. Lovely thick and comfortable bathrobes and slippers were provided. Great to have a fridge too.

Cons: There was only one mirror in my studio in the bathroom. It would have been great to have at least one full length mirror in the room. The bed was very lumpy and I could feel springs through it. Breakfast wasn’t great. Outside the front is a dirt road and full of potholes.

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. It is easy to get to the gondola lift as they provide a shuttle transportation every 30 minutes

Cons: The personnel oes not speak english

Pros: Best staff really like the hotel and the people huge apartment second time here will come next year

Perfect place for ski holidays

Pros: Everything was perfect. The staff were helpful and polite, the food offered a nice variety, and the rooms were clean and spacious. It was great to have access to the gym, sauna, and swimming pool after a day of skiing. You can also rent ski equipment directly at the hotel. A free shuttle bus takes you to the gondola. The hotel is very centrally located, only about a 20-minute walk to the main square of Bansko’s old town, 7 min to the gandola.

Pros: Large room with balcony, comfortable and clean. Food was good, and all the hotel facilities are in good shape. Staff is friendly and helpful. Ski rent shop and free shuttle bus transfer available. Everything was according to description on booking. Great value for money.

Cons: We had nothing to complain about.

Cons: I expected better pool and spa (I would grade it as average but it did not influence my overal impression for the stay)

Pros: Close to ski gondola and restaurants and bars. Food was okay, normal. Spa is small but good enough if your main purpose is skiing whole day. Staff were also polite and welcoming.

Pros: The room was quite big, the pool was very relaxing and Breakfast was ok.

Cons: Dinner was bad. I know it was high season but in general for what they offer it was very very expensive! Well I decided to edit my review after reading the review from another person who stayed at the hotel the same dates. I have done many times reservations through booking.com and never had this happen to me. I AM PRETTY SURE that I had booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children but when we arrived at the hotel the lady told me that my booking was only for 2 adults and we had to pay for the kids extra. I was very surprised because I was more than sure that I had booked for 2 adults and 2 children 7 and 10 years old. I don't know if it is just a coincidence or if it is something that has to be checked by booking.com....

Pros: Great value for our stay, nice choice of wellness options. Friendly, flexible and and helpful staff, it is really appreciated that we were offered a late check-out free of charge.

I’m would stay there againand could recommend it to a friend

Pros: The location was great we had a massive balcony with Vihren as a view. The room was huge, clean and comfortable The bar on reception works 24/7 so we managed to get coffees at 4am The SPA area is very nice and clean we used it with pleasure

Cons: If I have to be very picky but that didn’t spoil our stay at all: There was no air conditioning in the room and durin the day got quite hot. It cooled down at night with the doors and windows open. The restaurant was not working so no breakfast was on offer I understand it’s only during summer but nowhere was mentioned when I was booking it. There’s a note in the room that states “your first drink is on us” but we never had our first drink free 😊
