Bulgaria 🇧🇬

Great weekend!

Pros: Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The apartment was large, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, kind, and always available whenever we needed assistance. The view was beautiful and contributed greatly to our overall experience. The food was varied and absolutely delicious – special compliments to the chef! We would also like to thank you for the thoughtful gesture towards the birthday celebrant in our family – it truly touched us and made the celebration even more special. We would gladly visit again!

Cons: The main facilities have been nicely updated, while certain areas could benefit from additional renovation in the future. That said, the price–quality balance is absolutely fair.

Overall, it should not have more than 3 stars.

Pros: Spacious apartment, very comfortable bed. Quiet area. Very friendly staff.

Cons: The toilet is in a separate room from the shower After taking a shower, the bathroom turns into a mini swimming pool. If you stay in the shower longer, there’s a very high chance the water will reach the hallway. The breakfast is rather poor. The coffee has no taste. The pool is small, with almost no space for sun loungers, which are actually just fabric chairs. The playground for children is quite poorly maintained and has very few toys.

Pros: The hotel provides excellent value for money. There is a parking lot. Good breakfast. There are saunas and a pool. The staff is super nice! Close to the old city of Bansko.

Cons: The heating elements in the room are not adjustable and quite old. For me it was a bit too hot in the room.

Pros: Lokacija je u mirnom delu pored parka. Obezbedjen parking. Osoblje uglavnom ljubazno. Posteljina čista. Apartman komforan. Hrana sa malo neobičnim kombinacijama namirnica ali se moze naci za svakog po nesto. Raznovrsna je. Lep lobi sa barom.

Cons: U kupatilu se oseca miris kanalizacije. Tus kabina je zapusena. Hotelu treba renoviranje.

Pros: Stayed for 5 nights; spa is small but well kept. Good breakfast, though if not enough guests in the hotel they bring you menue to choose from. Dinner option per menue, which is nice. Mountains view in room 308. Billiard and football tables (for a small fee). Big feee parking. Very quiet.

Cons: Leaking shower because of a short curtain.

We felt happy and refreshed

Pros: The lactation was fine, having a parking place next to hotel’s building. Not far away from the center of the town ie 500 meters on foot. Spacious room with all necessary facilities. Clean and the mattress was perfect for sleep. The spa was fine with perfect water temperature.Very good breakfast.

Cons: The exterior of the hotel requires renovation. Siting on the balcony, enjoying the beautiful view of Putin mountains, is a bit clumsy.
