Pros: The reception stuff was simply amazing… they arranged a car to pick us up from the airport and even noticed a flight change and immediately called us to let us know… something that even the airline did not do! If it wasnt for the receptionist we would have missed our flight! They where very accommodating in every aspect from the moment we arrived… answered all our questions, helped us get to where we wanted to go and even suggested fun things for us to do! amazing experience at this hotel and will definitely visit again! highly recommend this place

Pros: Friendly staff, facility is good. Nice breakfast. Transfer to gandola available 07.08.09 AM also back to hotel. Included for guests of hotel.

Cons: Its not dislike but a recommended option maybe to have a little cool cut for breakfast at 06:30. Originally, good breakfast start at 07:30 but in this case transfer 07:00 is hungry. Maybe good to provide something for people earlier ☺️ so ski can start more happier and earlier.

Great Value, missing a few things to make it really good

Pros: Friendly staff, good value. Plenty of options for breakfast. Bedroom tidy and clean. Staff tried to help with requests.

Cons: Needs some restoration. Spa toilet door not safe and not fixed when highlighted. Hot breakfast good was not kept hot enough.

Pros: the spa was very nice, there is a nice park right across the street. there is a free parking option close to the hotel (next to the stadium).
