Pros: The hotel is excellent, very clean, with great food and a spacious spa area. It is especially suitable for families with small children.

Cons: The only downside I would mention is the comfort of the beds. We were a family of four staying in a room with a large double bed and a sofa bed. Unfortunately, neither of the beds was comfortable, as they were too soft. The sofa bed in particular seemed quite old and was very uncomfortable.

Relaxing weekend

Pros: Everything was great. The room was spacious, perfect for a family with a toddler. We had everything that was needed. Very friendly and responsive staff. The pool was nice. There was a variety of food for breakfast and dinner.

Cons: Maybe the only thing that we didn’t like was that the room was too warm for us. It was 25 oC with the heating off.

Pros: Great facilities, excellent food , amazing SPA , the outdoor pool is our top preference.

Cons: A recommendation related to location and connectivity with surrounding area - it would be beneficial if a walking path / cycling lane is introduced between Banya and Bansko , also around the hotel vicinity allowing guests to explore the beautiful nature on foot or by bicycle.

Thank you Hot Springs!

Pros: It was our fourth stay in the hotel. The SPA is incredible, one of the nicest I have been. Our room was upgraded to an apartment, big thanks to the friendly, accommodating staff. The small New year’s presents with hotel logo, was a nice touch. The food is delicious prepared with products from the hotel farm. My son liked the children indoor playground and enjoyed the kids cinema evening with popcorn. We will definitely come back!

Enjoying snow capped alpine Pirin mountain while dipped in hot mineral water pool.

Pros: We liked most the open door hot mineral water pool, linked conveniently to an indoor one. The panorama from tbe warm pool to snow-capped Pirin mountsin id the top experience. Food was venerous and tasty with some national specialties-shkembe chorba (pork belly soup),tutmanik (tasty bread with fetta cheese) ets.

Cons: We were happy with all of the stay.
