Pros: Lovely pools, perfect for a family with kids. As a mum of 2 boys, the room and facilities were just what we needed. There is a small children play area which is great for the little ones. Very clean and staff is very approachable and pleasant. Just a few minutes drive for Bansko and Banya.

Cons: As a Bulgarian, breakfast is simple but tasty and typical in our country. It would be good to clarify that espresso or latter coffees are available at the bar and have to be paid for. However, for more international travellers, this will not be seen as a good breakfast, as there isn't enough choice and variety.

Pros: Просторна стая, настаниха ни преди 14 часа. Водата в басейна беше приятно топла, а храната в ресторанта-вкусна. Закуската също беше вкусна, а персоналът в ресторанта-много усмихнати и учтиви.

Pros: Сервитьорите са много любезни и учтиви! Масажистката е уникална! Стаята беше просторна, много красиви пердета!

Cons: Сауната и парната баня на моменти не работеха! Климатиците спираха и ставаше студено! За закуска в ресторанта няма никакъв черен(ръжен,лимец....диетичен) хляб! Водата при къпане много често се променяше!

Pros: Отличный бассейн: один большой с теплой водой, один средний очень теплый для детей, и третий поменьше с очень горячей водой. Сауна небольшая, но было комфорртно, людей мало, по очереди приходили. Завтрак вкусный. Есть детская комната напротив столовой.
