Pros: The size of the room, breakfast and the friendly staff ! Sonia was amazing !!

Pros: Nice and clean accommodation with a good breakfast and enough safe parking lots. We had both apartment and a 3 bed room, both were great, but if it’s free definitely go for the apartment

Pros: Everything was a very nice 👍. Very clean. Stuff was a kind.

Cons: Bath was very clean, but not separated from toilet, I suggest to use a curtain as minimum.

Pros: The equipment in the room and bathroom are above the standard. Very good breakfast. Overall, when visiting the area (Rila monastery and/or Rila lakes, etc.) this hotel should be considered for 2-3 nights stay.
