Pleasant stay far from the downtown noise in a chic small hotel

Pros: Small and family-vibe hotel, with spacious rooms and nice beds. The breakfast is good, in a very cosy homey room. There is a pool with mineral water and restaurants near by

Cons: Everything was very good-probably the lack of elevator to the 3rd floor if you have large luggage

Amazing rooms in the center of Karlovo!

Pros: The hotel has very nice and clean rooms, in a good position in the town of Karlovo. Perfect place to stay to explore the region! And very good coffee in the cafè 😊

Pros: Spacious room , very clean and rooms were quiet during our stay. Car parking nearby that is free at night and paid during the day.

Pros: The location is great. However there was a cafe under our apartment which was noisy until late at night. It was very clean and spacious. Had everything you might need.

Pros: Excellent location! Beautiful view to the mountain! Friendly staff! Spacious room, nice balcony. Lovely soap and even toothbrushes for forgetful guests!

Cons: We had to use eyemasks during the night because of the street lights. The curtain was very bright, so replacing it with a darker one or attaching blinds would be great!

Good value for the price.

Pros: I forgot to ask for two seperate beds in my booking, which was my fault. But within 20 minutes they changed the beds in our room, without charging anything extra. The room itself has a very nice view on the mountains and the hotel is a good base for hikes in Central Balkan National Park.

Cons: The decoration of the room lacks atmosphere. The room was clean but there was some mold on the bathroom ceiling.
