A clean and comfortable place in a great location, ideal for peaceful relaxation.

Pros: We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities for families, including a baby bathrobe, a high-quality baby cot, and swimming towels for children. The location is excellent, and the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile.

Cons: The property is clean and well located, offering a generally relaxing atmosphere. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing for families with young children. There were no suitable food options for children under 3 years old, and no specific children’s menu available. There was no bread or fruit selection appropriate for kids, and only a limited amount of waffles, which were quickly taken by other guests. Due to the lack of suitable breakfast options for our child, we decided not to attend breakfast the following morning.

Pros: The spa was big, warm, and almost empty during the week (even just before Christmas), it was very pleasant and relaxing. The staff was friendly and polite.

Cons: The buffet choice at dinner was limited for a 5-star hotel. The price also seemed a bit too high for a hotel that was not better than a 4-star hotel with spa.

Pros: The empoyees were very nice and kind, especially Izabela and Sofia from the restaurant - my gf told them I have a birthday so I got a compliment - two small cakes and a bottle of wine! It was really nice!

Pros: A decent choice, helpful and smiling stuff, spa options. Decent open buffet for breakfast and dinner.

Cons: It's a bit old and it started to look like it. The mattresses need to be changed. Poor light inside the room.

Nice hotel with great facilities and good food

Pros: Great hotel that I hope to stay in again. Food was excellent, spa facilities- plentiful.

Cons: The pillows were uncomfortable. The remote and hotel key cards did not work initially but the issues were resolved after an engineer got called to fix them. Just minor inconveniences.

Pros: Nice professionally run hotel. Staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble. Spar is great, indoor outdoor pools, Nice clean restaurant and garden area.

Cons: Food was buffet breakfast and dinner. The disappointment was that breakfast is the same everyday and dinner isnt particularly varied although there are dishes to suit everyone.
