Family Hotel Ramira

Pros: Very friendly staff, clean room, looks like newly refurbished. I like the hotel restaurant directly. . It has not been publicly promoted, but it was user by local s. Nice food and lots of local wines. I reccomended to reserve a dinneecthere.

Cons: Everything was fine except of one thing - the bed. It was there a big double bed but with one matrace. If one moved in the night the second one had been awaked. pillow was a bit hard. If you do not sleep well it is reccomended to order a rwin room.

Extremely excited

Pros: Ramira Hotel is right in the center of Kyustendil, just behind the City Art Gallery with the fountains. I stayed in the apartment on the top floor, and the view was amazing – you can see the city center, the mountain, and the Hisarlaka fortress. The room was very modern, very spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. But the most impressive part is the restaurant! Ramira is not only a hotel, it is also a restaurant of very high quality. The food is like real culinary art – made with attention to detail, secret ingredients, seasonal products, always fresh (never frozen), and from carefully selected local producers. They also offer unique drinks – the lemonade with juniper and chili is something you must try! The staff is not just a staff, they are a team and family- welcoming, hospitable, warming people!

Pros: The room was spacious, with very big veranda and breath taking view. The hotel is located in perfect location in the city centre. The staff was very kind and polite.

Pros: Very cozy, clean and nice place to stay. The bed was very comfortable, we booked the junior suit and the room was sunny and big with a great terrace. The location is excellent - in the city center. The private parking was temporary not available, i hope they solved this. We liked the hosts - very friendly. The food was great. There is also a lobby bar and everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Much Improved Family Hotel

Pros: The hotel is being renovated but we did not hear any noise. The new room was a huge improvement over the one we stayed in a few years ago. The presence of a lift (after 5 days in hotels without one) made us ridiculously happy. Good restaurant with an extensive selection of Bulgarian wines.

Pros: Very nice hotel, located just meters from Velbazhd Square. The bathroom was very nice, and my room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a nice work table and bedside lamp. The WiFi worked well, as did the TV; there was a wide choice of channels. Served only at 8 AM, breakfast was very basic but good. Except for breakfast, the restaurant is closed on Sundays. Other restaurants in the area do not have English language menus, except for one, which was also closed on Sunday. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Earlier breakfast; lunch and dinner availability or Sunday, or at least being forewarned that they were not available.
