Pros: All the superlatives I have read about the hotel and its owner, are fully deserved. The service, this place offers, is above the level of hotels of the same category in famous resorts in Greece, Italy or France. It is wonderful to meet such professionals in Bulgaria.

Pros: Everything was great, It was clean and comfortable the staff were very helpful and friendly! One of the best hotels that we've ever stayed at! Definitely will come back

Pros: Extremely clean, very kind staff. Good location. The furniture and appliances were very practical. Definitely an excellent boutique hotel.

Pros: Customer service was outstanding, polite&professional, ready to deliver. Absolutely convenient location to quick access key points of the town - baths, gallery, restaurants. 40 mins from door to top of the Hisarlaka Hill! Tip: free hot mineral water well just around the corner.

Cons: Can't think of anything I didn't like.

Great little hotel

Pros: This is a perfect, no-frills hotel to stay in Kyustendil. If you need a very clean place to spend the night, this is it. Note for those eat-all-you-can people - the hotel does not offer breakfast, save for coffee and some small treats. The hotel has it's own private parking, which is a big plus. Nice and friendly staff.

Cons: The only irritating thing is those bath towels - if you are 5 y.o., it may work, but for full size adult are not enough by a long shot. The second towel was a napkin size - what exactly is this for?

Nice hotel near Supermarket

Pros: The hotel has a pleasant fragrance and is very clean. The room is standard-sized but comfortable for three people, with a balcony. The floor isn't cold even during winter. The bathroom is clean and nice. Room have basic facilities like a kettle, cups provided.

Cons: The view from the balcony faces old buildings, which isn't appealing There are many stairs, which can be challenging if you have large luggage.

A great place to stay

Pros: What a lovely hotel. If you just need a room with facilities then this new, clean, welcoming venue is for you. It located just five minutes from the center. There are three floors but no lift, the mountain view was amazing. We will definitely return.

Cons: No lift but not so important.
