Lovely vintage style hotel with perfect location for skiers.

Pros: Good hotel with very good locations right next to the ski-center Studenets. Easy to reach, convinient parking and with clean rooms.

Cons: The breakfast was nothing special - judging by that, the New Year dinner payment of 250 BGN per person was too much. Anyway we selected another restaurant to spend the evening there. The steam bath in the spa center was switching off too early - 19:00.

Very good place in the mountain

Pros: Room very clean, confortable, not noisy. Place very quiet and beautiful. Employees of the hotel very sympathetic.

Cons: All was well, nothing negative

Really lovely stay

Pros: The location is top. Parking is great. Rooms are comfortable and warm. They were very kind to accept our dog and we spent a lovely weekend there.

Cons: The breakfast was a bit crowded. No decaf coffee. The staff seemed uninterested. I wish more local breakfast options were available.

Pros: The location is great. The apartment is really spacious and nice, also with nice view comparing to a double room, which is very small. The hotel offers parking, open and covered. That makes it very comfortable in the area.

Cons: We arrived at about 12 o’clock and requested an earlier check in, but it was possible only if paying half of the room price. The hotel was empty in that time and we found it a bad advertisement, but kindly promoting your business was never the strong part of the Bulgarians.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, cozy, perfectly situated. The food in the restaurant was very taste, although some of the items in the menu were missing.

Cons: Seriously understaffed for this season.

Pros: Konumu çok iyi,odaları temiz,açık ve kapalı otoparkının olması çok iyi.A la carte restaurantın yemekleri çok iyiydi.

Cons: Kahvaltısı biraz daha zenginleştirilebilir.

Един прекрасен холидей в Пампорово

Pros: Хотелът е прекрасен! Надхвърли очакванията ми. Има собствен паркинг за гостуващите, близко е до ски училището, лифтовете и ски гардеробите, а срещу хотела има магазин. Хотелът има три ресторанта с големи прозорци гледащи към пистите и е истинско удоволствие да закусваш и обядваш наслаждавайки се на падащия сняг и красотата навън. Има прекрасно фоае където децата играеха вечер. Стаята ни имаше тераска с невероятно красива гледка. Матраците на леглата бяха чудесни за спане, което за мен е много важно. Радиаторите имат механизъм за лесно пускане и спиране, защото става доста топло. Много ни хареса и нямам никакви забележки. Пак бих отишла там.

Pros: Özellikle otelin konumu ve ücretsiz otoparkinin olmasi cok guzel. Kayak pisti hemen önünde ve karsisinda market var. Her türlü ihtiyacınızı karsilayabiliyorsunuz. Otel olduğunca sıcak. Özellikle resepsiyon personeli çok iyi ve anlayışlı. Ayrıca çeşitli nedenlerle rezervasyonumuzun iki defa ileri tarihle revize talebimizin hemen kabul edilmesi çok güzeldi..

Cons: Otelin kahvaltısı ve restoran bölümünde çalışanların ilgisi yetersizdi. Kalkan masalar çok geç temizleniyor, biten ürünlerin yerine yenisi konulmuyor. Bir talepte bulunduğumuz zamanda maalesef nezaketsiz tavır takiniyorlar.

Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Pros: Her şey çok güzeldi. Konforlu, ve sıcak odaları var. Özellikle konumu harika.

Cons: Sevmediğimiz çok bir durum olmadı ama belki iyileştirmeleri gereken tek konu hizmet konusu diyebilirim, zira tüm restoranlarda sabah ve akşam dahil personel sayıları çok az. Kahvaltı restoranında masa sayısı çok az buda sabah kahvaltısında masa sırası veya masa kapma çabasına neden oluyor. Akşam yemeğinde de yine personel azlığından kaynaklanan gecikmeler ve beklemeler yaşanıyor. Bunları da iyileştirirler ise muhteşem olur...

Приятен хотел с идеално разположение

Pros: Идеално разположение към пистите. Удобен безплатен паркинг. Добро отопление и чистота.

Cons: Стаята беше мансардна с прихлупен покрив и недостатъчно светла.
