Worried at first, but unfounded! terrific stay very comfortable

Pros: initially i was VERY hesitant, the room was advertised with a sofa bed, but initial appearance gave me doubts but that was wrong the sofa bed was there when you removed the back cushions it was honestly one of the best nights sleep i have had in a long time, the bed was ultra comfortable Advanced TV so we coudl stream, WIFI is superb and strong signal, location is superb, alex the host was very helpful , but a bit of info, its NOT a hotel, it's a collection of studio apartments in different buildings but that should not detract from any thing, its fine the room is clean, linen and towels clean, sundries like soap and shampoo all there, tea and coffee also, and a small fridge, look its fantastic!

Cons: honestly i genuinely cannot think of anything, its decent for the price, no it exceeds the value for the price

Great for transit

Pros: Location s great, near to pedestrian boulevard and the park! I used it for transit and it serves this purpose very well!

Cons: A bit difficult to find the reception for this apartment which is in another building, down the street. The locals helped me to find it.

Pros: New studios, right in the city center. Everything was very clean and nice. There is a parking lot right next to the building.

Pros: We booked last minute. Arrived and got upgraded to a much better room than the one we had originally booked. The host Alex was very friendly and helpful. The bed was extra large and very comfortable. TV with many channels to choose from. There was a mini fridge and a kettle too. Everything was just right! This is our third stay in the hotel. We will definitely come back again.

It was an excellent stay.

Pros: The room was excellent, very broad and clean with a nice toilet and a balcony with good view. It's right at the center of the city, by a very beautiful river. It's more that we expected and the manager was very kind.

Very good for a short stay

Pros: The rooms were clean, a decent size, the beds and pillows were ok, parking was free. The building/apartments seem new. The 2 rooms we booked turned out to be in different buildings, but the host found a solution, offering us 3 rooms in the same building. He did his best to make us feel welcome and offered us bottled water. The hum of the nearby river was a pleasant surprise for us.

Cons: For 2 adults, 2 18-year-olds and 1 8-year-old, we booked 1 double room and 1 apartment with one living-room/master bedroom and another separate bedroom + 2 bathrooms. When we got there, we found out that the 2 units are in different buildings, which was not specified in the listing. Through an ad-hoc translator, we insisted that we must all stay in the same building, and we were offered 1 duble room and 1 triple room instead of the apartment. As a result, we were all in the same building, on the same floor (thank you!). In one of the rooms we couldn't get the boiler to work, so showering was a bit challenging. The \

Pros: Very nice location, next to the main road with all the shops/restaurant next to you,and parking for your car. Great owner with a friendly attitude, its one of the best choises for staying
