Pros: Excellent location,staff in restaurants and reception very helpful . Food at restaurants and service excellent . Local taxi driver with knowledge about attractions was recommended .

Cons: There some members of staff not very aware that service with smile is part of hospitality business . Also during a spa treatment ,no introduction made ,no asking about how do you like your massage ,not to mention that 50 min anti stress massage was 40 .

Pros: Very nice location. With in Walking distance pretty much for everting..shops,restaurants etc… Swimming pools (2) nice big enough, steam room and sauna absolutely worth trying together with the cold 🥶 weather pool… Staff very professional, polite and friendly… Clean and tidy …..

Pros: The room was clean and wide. Room service, reception, lifeguards and all personnel were helpful and friendly. The hotel is in the centre of a park and restaurants which was appealing for us and the environment was great. It has an indoor parking, an diindoor and an outdoor pool, mineral water pool, spa etc. .

Cons: The only thing I wa unhappy with was the outdoor pool which was not clean on the second day. Or could be sweeped with a machine etc
