Generally positive experience but could have been much better if the wellness center facilities were operating properly.

Pros: Clean rooms. Good food, although there was limited choice for breakfast

Cons: Limited car park. Limited options for breakfast (it was included in the price of the room). For the 3 day stay we had the same 2 options every morning. The wellness centre is too small (luckily there weren’t many visitors at the time , otherwise it would not be possible to accommodate everyone). On the first day we arrived the jacuzzi wasn’t working, they fixed it next day but water was not hot enough. The steam bath was also not hot enough.

Καλό ξενοδοχείο αλλά κρύο για τον χειμώνα

Pros: Η τοποθεσία , άνετο και όμορφο δωμάτιο , ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό και ασφαλές περιβάλλον

Cons: Ιανουάριος μήνας, είχε πολύ κρύο …. ο κλιματισμός ήταν χαλασμένος και υπήρχε ένα πολύ πολύ μικρό αερόθερμο για να ζεστάνει όλο το χώρο 🥴…..πράγμα δύσκολο. Γενικά όλο το ξενοδοχείο ήταν κρύο εκτός από το restaurant.

Cons: Le petit déjeuner. Je pensais avoir un petit déjeuner buffet. Pas de fruit ni yaourt.

Pros: Качествени и пресни плодове и зеленчуци! Разнообразие от млечни и месни продукти. Безалкохолни и плодови напитки, чай - перфектен , кафе и мляко! Запечени колбаси и омлети! Превъзходна закуска!!!

Schönes Hotel im Herzen von Sandanski

Pros: Sehr netter Empfang an der Rezeption. Schönes großes Zimmer mit kleinem Raucherbalkon, sehr bequemes Bett, vollklimatisiert, schönes neues großes Bad, Preis/Leistung sehr gut.

Cons: Schwierige Parksituation am und rund um das Hotel, das Restaurant im Hotel übertrieben teuer.

Pros: Отлична локация,приятна гледка,доста добър ресторант, без забележки в обслужването.

Cons: Пропуски в обзавеждането на стаята,например- няма нощни шкафчета (в тази ,в която бях настанена),лошо осветление, позахабени мебели. Препоръката ми е за леко освежаване и обновление на интериора на стаите.
