Good in general !

Pros: Very very clean ,very comfortable bed and pillow ,spacious room with enough place to put your stuff ,breakfast was good enough (7.5/10) It smells very good even good when you enter ! Parking available (but you need to reserve a place and is not free ) Receptionist helpful

Cons: Only comment is that we thought it would have been closer to the center but it’s a liiiiitle bit further ,but still walkable distance !(around 15 min ) But we walked to all the main attractions without issues

Lovely and clean and comfy hotel. Good location.

Pros: Lovely and clean, comfortable, good location and good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again, shower was great, bed nice and comfy. No complaints.

Very comfortable and cozy

Pros: Our room was very clean and the double bed was very comfortable. It was a 15 min walk from all the sites. Also the room temperature was great and the amenities included everything we needed.

Cons: The breakfast wasn’t the best. Some of the pastries were a bit stale.

Pros: All was good and up to the standards of the 3 star hotels. Rare find in Europe now. Very happy with the stay, definitely recommend.

Cons: I had an impression that facilities are a bit tired, but my partner didn't have that impression

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff!

Pros: Beautiful hotel, very clean - it was like new! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Good location just a 10 minute walk from Serdika Station. Shops close by.

A little gem in Sofia

Pros: Very comfortable. Me and my friend would recce that to anyone looking for somewhere nice to stay

Cons: The room was a little small. It was too hot in the room, I didn't know how to adjust the heating so had to open the window

Pros: Very nice large mezonet appartment. Super clean, very well equipped. Very comfortable bed. Nice minibar. Highest floor with a decent view from large terrace. Soft carpet. Overally very comfortable to be in. Easy parking. Very pleasant lady at the reception. Decent breakfast with smaller selection but everything was tasty and fresh. Overakly nice place to stay.

Cons: Just very minor minuses: pillows could be softer+higher, terrace could be maintained better, planes from the nearby airport are flying just above the hotel.
